All who own these types of shopping centers, go for your look via their architecture as it's simple yet more refined. Parking in here can be a struggle though. That's because a lot of people are in the West Springfield area, which seems to be a hot spot for the yuppies of the region. There's a Whole Foods or "Paycheck" here, and also some yoga and massage type of establishments. On a plus note love the Planet Fitness. It's one of the best in the chain. Also the Starbucks and Walgreens are convenient for the basics. The BGR burger restaurant really doesn't do anything for me, because there are so many competitors, and it just is rather bland and like the others. You may have some issues with traffic, as Old Keene Mill and Rolling Road can be cantankerous. Yet this shopping center serves a purpose, and I'll give it three stars, an average rating.

This is your average strip mall, but it is a very run-down shopping center and not very inviting…read more There are a couple of anchor stores on the upper side of the center, like Michael's, Burlington, Giant & Cane's, and on the lower side, Home Depot, Barnes & Noble, and Ross. Other than that, there are random one-offs. The worst thing about this shopping center is the horrible parking lot and traffic pattern. You will feel like you're four-wheeling, and you will have to watch out for your life as there are no stop signs where they should be, and peeps are rude, flippin' & honking. The potential is there if the property management company chooses to act on it.

Right across the street from the hustle and bustle of the Eden Center is this excellent Plaza with a combination of American brand names and little awesome ethnic places, such as Hong Kong Palace (who love deleting my pix). First off kudos to the developer for a completely new design. My guess is the next door luxury townhouses that sell for close to a million each, had considerable influence on this. I'm still trying to figure out the ugly modern art deco crap clock across the street. My best guess is underneath that is it is a phone tower for cell companies. There are plenty of parking spots here. Also entering and exiting, while still entertaining, have been improved upon. The Celebrity Delly, yes that's how it's spelled, is a phenomenal restaurant. It is a favorite of mine. Yet the Subway next door isn't all that impressive, or the McDonald's and Exxon. There is a decent haircut spot for my son. Giant here is huge! This could be one of their biggest grocery stores in the chain. I'll revisit this as I hope more is planned. Until then it's average to me, but I do appreciate the new look. That's a step in the right direction.

I have experienced great service here many times on my hands and feet. Need a barbershop Graham Park Plaza has what you need. The barbershop is nearly run by an all female team. The hair results are outstanding for the males and females that visit the shop. I was there last Friday and Maria did a fantastic job. If you like Pho Soup, Spanish Food or need new cell phone, Graham Park Plaza's got your back. Graham is undergoing a new area of residency. Many people will intrested in living in this new Graham Park Community. The new community use to have other shops and a movie theater, but it wasn't making a whole lot of money. This new development will be fun to watch and see how things go from here on out. In the meantime, I will continue visiting Graham Park Plaza to do my grocery shopping and male personal grooming habits. Oh, and for years now at Graham Park Plaza, you can but fireworks a week on advance before 4th Of July and a week afterwards too.

Not as nice as the Bubble Tea in this plaza though. This Plaza is pretty awesome because they have my favorite bubble tea shop in the region - Jave Loco - and then a really cool pet store and some other cool places. It's a little bit hard to navigate because of traffic and the design isn't necessarily the best but it works.

The food court has a number of fast food options, but you'll need to walk around nearby for better-than-fast-food. The one thing that annoyed me was no directory! None of the boards that should've been directories displayed any kind of map. And no, I do not have any interest in scanning a QR code to pull up something on my phone: in a public place like that, I have no idea if it's legit or not, or if it's a fake one that will hijack my phone or wallet. It was very crowded with high school kids hanging out and playing games in the area. I was able to go around and check out the different stores. On the bottom floor there are several food options. I was able to pick up some food at Harleys Sandwiches. You have your usual fast food options available. Afterwards you can head out and catch the metro nearby. It is easy to get to from DC or Virginia. I enjoyed coming here to get out of the heat and relax for a while.

Leaving here with the light on Rolling Road, by all means buckle up and pay attention. There are a lot of traffic accidents here. Too many busy side streets. It works for basics, and Title Boxing Club is pretty sweet. If you're in the area, this has the basics you're looking for.
