Parents would not be completely relaxed because supervision is required for our energetic kids, but that is just the name of the game. We have been their Mount Prospect location, but the Hoffman Estates one operates a little differently: store-logo grip socks are required to purchase for children ($1.99/pair, as of 06/13/2026). Adults are required to wear socks and adult-size socks are available for purchase if you need a pair. Otherwise, things are business as usual. My partner and I bought our two boys and got the siblings discount (regular admission: $19.99, sibling discount: $17.99, as of 06/13/2026). First of all, before I wanted to mention how much fun our munchkins had, the iced cold brew hit the spot! That was exactly what I needed. Then it was time to order some food, their cheesy and prosciutto/arugula Flatbread were the carbs I needed to overcome the buzz of iced cold brew. Our kids and my partner devoured these quickly and efficiently as well. We were there for solid three hours or so and our kids play every station, from mini rock climbing to musical/metal/transparent slides. They briefly mingled in the baby area and realized that that space was reserved for toddlar under 36 months. With that said, my young could have stayed yet he wanted to chase his bro...lol. The environment was clean. There was a birthday party going on but I didn't bother us the unrelated patrons at all. Unfortunately, driving to Hoffman Estates was a quest and the gas price hasn't been that friendly for a casual mini road trip like this. Our waiter was great and we had ordered alcoholic drinks and pizzas. The cauliflower crust don't come in large, so we got small individual size to share. The hot honey flatbread is like the size of 2 small individual pizzas. Pizza and the fries were decently good. Also had the chicken nachos, which I wouldn't recommend to get. The service, and especially the people, have been a godsend. They take such good care of my kids, and I am a very tough critic in this regard. Age appropriate activities, close supervision, engaged and caring staff, clean environment (I constantly see them cleaning surfaces and toys), and as a parent whose children have been going since they were small babies I appreciate the hygiene guidelines they enforce (no shoes, socks must be worn, hand sanitizer readily available, no sick children, etc). The path offers plenty of shade and nice bench seating areas along the way. It's a very pretty trail and the fall foliage is beautiful!
