Okay so let's be honest, the building and the whole set up is kinnnnda creepy and the waiting room could use a major redo. However, the staff is very friendly and super accommodating whenever it comes to working around your schedule. In most instances they've been able to get me in same day which is extremely appreciated. I would definitely recommend them! read more

I was scheduled for my appointment and took the papers.. I called penndot a few days later to ensure they received said papers and was informed they only got one out of two.. so I called the dr. To be informed they lost the other paper.. by this time my license had been suspended and I had moved over an hour away.. so I got a ride and dropped both papers off again.. waited a little then called.. still no papers faxed.. so I called dr again.. THEY LOST MY PAPERS AGAIN.. how is this possible!!? What kind of "professionals" lose the same set of papers twice.. I then got a ride down again and dropped them off for a third time.. only to call a couple of days later and be told "she isn't comfortable filling these out".. excuse me?! You're my dr and I had an appointment which you billed my insurance for strictly for these forms.. I called and called and insisted they fill them out.. she then proceeded to only write "defer to endo" on my entire sheets.. my endo had filled out and sent the papers she needed to.. these ones could only be filled out by my PCP.. I recommend no one use this dr.. especially if you have serious health conditions.. joke of a dr office.. they should be sued

I'm very grateful we found Dr. Hoffman. My husband's primary care doctor did not take my husband's back pain from an ATV accident seriously. I sent my husband to Dr. Hoffman were we found out his back was broken (grade 2 spondylolisthesis). It was a wonderful feeling to know someone cared and wasn't going to shrug it off to a torn muscle. My husband was able to get the proper knowledge and care for his back and tell his primary care doctor what was really wrong. If we didn't go when we had, my husband would've suffered many more months since the primary care doctor told me I rushed him along faster than his normal protocol. read more
