Communication with the Nova office can be very difficult -- phone calls often go unanswered or you're kept on hold with no response. Some staff members, like Christopher, have been dismissive and difficult to work with. When I reported serious maintenance and safety issues, I felt ignored or spoken to in a way that was unprofessional and lacking empathy. However, the reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 1 is because of Sally. If you ever need help from Nova, ask specifically for Sally. She is professional, respectful, and gets things done. She listens, follows through, and treats tenants like real people. If it weren't for her, I would have given this place half a star and advised others to stay away. Sally is the only person who made me feel heard and supported. She made sure repairs were completed and showed true care for tenants -- and that deserves recognition. I genuinely hope Nova understands how valuable she is to their company.
