I have a very bad experience with this service. I wanted to change my disk brakes (bremsscheiben)…read more I went there for the first time with this problem, and I told them that it is disks that are causing a noise. There was this girl, which drove my car, just to check that noise. Then she took the car to the garage. They checked the car, and said it can be disks, but we think it is very unlikely. She suggested that it could be some other part that connects the axis with the disk holder. I said OK, lets make an appointment and fix it. Appointment was made, and I go there, now there was another guy. He said that he has also to drive the car, I was surprised. I said that the girl already did, and check your records, there must be some entry on the problem. But he said no, we have nothing. Then he drove the car for 200 meters, and said it must be the disc, which was what I initially suggested in first place. I asked them how much it costs? He calculated it, and asked for 370 Euros!!!! I said no, i don't want to do it, and then they asked me for 27 Euros, just because he drove my car (i.e., checked)???? How did they come up with this imaginary number 27 Euros? We didn't agree apriori that his 200 meters drive would costs anything, although this was unnecessary, as the girl drove it once, and at that time they asked no money. In addition I didn't even ask him to drive it, as I suggested from the beginning that the problem was with the discs. It was clear that they wanted to rip me off. I said that I'm not going to pay for it, we didn't agree on this. Eventually I got my key back (they noticed it that I'm loosing my temper, and they knew it I was right), and went to another service. By the other service, the entire job (disks + hand job) costed only 120 Euros! Which is normal price for disc brakes. I strongly suggest keep away from this service. They will only try to rip you off, and they from my experience I see that they are uncompetent. ***Also eher nicht zu empfehlen!
