I was having a hard time managing my own bookkeeping and was inquiring about this service. I met with Tara and she was condescending, defensive, and was gaslighting me when I started crying on the call after she went on a diatribe about the importance of bookkeeping. I also disagreed with her statement that "Bookkeeping is the backbone of your business." Unfortunately, Rose was also on the call and there wasn't any intervention. I spoke with Lily on the phone and she was very knowledgeable. I went into the office that same day which was Friday late. She still saw me and helped me with the paperwork. I was very relieved. She followed up with me on Monday. Bad news: I do owe the taxes. Overall, I'm glad I found her to help me figure it out because it was so stressful.
