If you want to sit and eat breakfast, just walk in and sit at one of the empty tables. They're quite busy so no one will be coming to ask you if you need a seat. Take a look at the selection of pastries for the day before sitting down so you know what you want, or they have a breakfast menu with French toast and eggs if you want. So many to choose from! We ended up getting a cafe creme and a latte macchiato. The latte was milkier than the average latte FYI. As for pastries we ordered a croissant - not very good...especially if you like French croissants. German croissants don't have as many layers or the crispy and chewiness of the French. It is so strange when I drink it because it tastes so smooth to me its almost like drinking a nice warm chocolate milk or a hot chocolate, except coffee of course. If you are in the area (though Stuttgart is not big at all) so better said, if you visit Stuttgart, stop by and try one of the cappuccinos for under 3 eur and just give it a shot. She then scooped out already frothed milk from a pitcher that had been sitting there for at least the entire time I had been in the space, and least 3 minutes, and who knows how much longer. Given the fact that I couldn't eat or drink what a I ordered without accidentally inhaling a fly, it's concerning that that milk had been sitting, and I feel like when you're going to a place with espresso bar in the name, the baristas should care about the quality and integrity of the product they're putting out.
