Having ordered a grande with MORE than 2 inches of room is ridiculous. .and it happens every time! The temperature is scolding most times and when you finally get to sip it, the amount of milk vs. espresso is overwhelming. Also the eggnog holiday drink is used from cartons of eggnog from the commissary. I may be wrong, but doesn't Starbucks provide its own powder mix for this particular drink. Again staff is nice, but can we please have some more training on the drink??!
