We ordered the paella, without mussels - and on the menu they didn't say any pieces of chicken. It came with mussels and chicken! We asked for the exchange and also realized that no one knew the difference between mussels and shellfish [yes, we had to argue]. The plate came back full of oil, no mussels, no chicken, no clams! In the absence of not knowing what each thing is on the plate, they took everything out and left only the shrimp and squid. Everything looked tasty [within the lack of ingredients] until the end of the dish, when the final taste of chicken in arborio rice became clear. A sign that they returned the dish to the kitchen, hunted down the "probably uncomfortable ingredients" and poured olive oil to deceive the palate, despising that the customer may even have allergies. They promised to produce another dish, but they used the same one so as not to have it discounted internally, it's the only thing you can think of to justify so much unpreparedness, from the kitchen to the service. The bill, of course, came in full and with a service charge. I paid, apparently this place needs every penny even on wrong orders. Whoever goes to eat this paella, go without expectations. read more
