I usually come here during the holidays! This year i was few days late so I didn't have much choices left (that may be a blessing in disguise. I always struggle with what to choose lol). Saved me a headache. This place is always clean. People who work here are okay. Some are friendly. Some are okay but i know working in retail during holidays can be very exhausting. read more

I shopped at hobby lobby in St.Louis when we moved down I was glad to have down here. I was talking to two other custmoers about the quilt they had in there cart. they where so nice . I love it. read more

I love hobby lobby my issue is sometimes no one knows where something is and most of the time there is only one cashier. Otherwise I love being able to find things I need or want locally. read more

We had a replacement sync up kids watch sent to the store for insurance replacement. (This is not…read moremy first time going through the process actually my 4th) last month called the 1800 number and for whatever reason the issue wasn't handled. But called Tuesday and the watch was at the store Wednesday! Great! My husband took it up there they refused to exchange it because of a scratch on the face! I called and talked to Michael told him that it was a warranty exchange and he told me that they wouldn't have sent the warranty exchange to the store. I told him that they in fact would and had 4 other times and their process that includes their time lock safe. He still tried to make me feel wrong. Shortly after getting off the phone with him I got a call from customer service from a survey about the call from Tuesday and they made the situation right. So I will forever bypass the store and deal with customer service only.
