He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store features a good selection of models and toys including RC planes, rockets, put together models, die cast and plastic cars, trucks and aircraft, and more. There's even a mini race car track in the basement for racing events. It looks super cool. I wish we lived closer so we could check out some of the races. All in all, it's a great place to buy engaging and fun models and toys.

They have a bar and a few little restos nothing fancy but if you're bored and want something to eat you're in luck. There's a little area to sit in eat not big but either is the mall. There is a candy store next to it that sells a bunch of imported British candies and other goodies. There's a Viennese bakery with cakes and breads and imported European candies and a lunch counter that seems to be quite popular (oddly, one of the things it had was Jamaican patties). Wendy's dance shop has all your needs for ballerinas-in-training. Ted's Hobby Shop is a classic for crafty folk. There's also a collector's shop that I used to buy interesting coins from and has Beanie Babies for sale (remember those?). There's a Christian bookstore if you need some Bibles or inspirational goods. There's also a big modern Metro and Uniprix and a bar for the rest of your needs. Just don't expect much from the 'food court' - basically the Viennese bakery and only one other fast food place. Don't discount this mall... you just might find a hidden gem.

If you want to buy quality board games, do some research and buy your products online. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, but you won't be able to find good board games here, at this store.

They also have a hockey expert, as that is one of their specialties, apart from memorabilia, coins, stamps, pop culture, video game consoles, comics etc etc. They are run by a father and son duo, who have been fixtures of the collectible scene in the West Island for as long as I can remember. In that type of business it's saying a lot --- and reputation / trust is very important. It's nice to see that they've stood the test of time, as many of the collectibles they buy and sell have too.

Oh my gosh this beautiful new vintage co-op on the Pointe-Claire Shopping Centre is an absolute…read moreheart-breaker just packed, packed, PACKED with true treasures. If you are a collector you must go check this out. Ten different vintage collectors created a cooperative to share this spot and showcase their most rare and cool and lovely things. This is killer 50's and 60's Canadiana, true nerdy fun gorgeous collectible glassware and toys, and so much more. The prices are fair, it's not cheap but its not overpriced either for what you find. It's such a cool addition to this great, classic small town shopping centre. It's in the spot of Ted's Hobby Shop which would make me very sad because that is an incredible wonderland, but apparently Ted's just moved to a bigger spot in the new section of the mall so no worries, just more goodness to go around.
