He and a younger fellow worked for 4 1/2 hours then to polish and wax using a product recommended to me by other similar trailers. It certainly looks better now. Steve was very easy to communicate with, I ended up leaving him a voice mail about what I was interested and he called me back in less than a day, super professional and friendly. They also were able to get me in really quick, within a few days of contacting them. I told Steve I had dogs and so my main concern was dog hair. They went above and beyond my expectations for removing all the dog hair!! And he told me all their products are safe for use around pets which was great.
