I've taken 2 cars to him - But he made mistakes, was not truthful, waterlogged the insulation of my BMW, damaged my WPF (heat etched) during tint installation on my GX, said he would replace it and didn't, and in so doing wasted a lot of my time. I wrote a 1 star review - but truthfully that doesn't reflect his skill in tinting. It reflects his mistakes and short comings, which I hope he learned from. I erased my 1 star review and giving him 5 stars with the hope that he doesn't repeat the mistakes. Im still not happy with what was done to my WPF. It was $350 of damage. They told me if I got the paint from BMW they'd take care of the rest. I'll let the photos do the talking... I took photos and sent everything over, and while they did offer to "fix it," after seeing the quality of the original work I honestly wasn't comfortable bringing my vehicle back there again. Instead, I kept getting told "we'll call you back" regarding a refund that call never came. The whole place honestly feels like it's being run by a bunch of 19 year old kids who are friends with the owner's son, who apparently runs the shop. The work quality and professionalism definitely reflect that. No accountability, poor communication, and zero confidence that they actually knew what they were doing. Unfortunately I paid cash, otherwise I would absolutely be disputing the charge with my bank. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Moral of the story, this place is awful. Robert (the owner) truly cares about doing the job the right way. He could have easily taken my money and gotten me in sooner, but instead he advised me to wait about a month before applying the ceramic coating so it would bond better and last longer. Then, when heavy rain was in the forecast, he recommended waiting until we had a clear stretch of weather so the rain wouldn't affect the fresh coating. Most detailers would have just taken the car at the first available opening -- Robert clearly puts quality ahead of his convenience and profit. As for the results, the job is perfect. The car shines brilliantly, and I'm confident this is the best ceramic coating application I could have gotten.
