Everything was very well done, exactly as we needed and asked. It took a few days but we had several items. We have more that need to be done so we'll be going back. We were very pleased with the service, and though it may have seemed pricey to some, we felt it was worth the excellent service. You just don't get that kind of service in a lot of places anymore. I picked them up a few days later and tried them on, and each pairs's legs were different lengths (at least a two inch difference on each pair). I went back and they did it for free, but gave me serious attitude. I went to get the pants again and they were only slightly better, but I had to wear them for work so I left them alone. I have just washed the pants and the hems came completely out. I have never had such bad tailoring results, or service.
