There were a few places open, but it was freezing so hot soup seemed the most logical choice. My friend got a soup and I opted for the noodles. Food was great. The service was very European in the best way. We were the only customers the whole time we were there. I believe they were about to close. Thanks to Google translate for doing all the translation.

It was a really hot day and we weren't ready to stuff our face off. So we found Saigon Today on Yelp and decided to come in. First off, the menu isn't overwhelming like other Vietnamese restaurants I've been to before and it was pretty straight forward. The dishes looked very authentic, even though I couldn't read most of it haha. I asked the waitress what she would recommend a light and refreshing dish and she suggested the salad. I got the salad with the glass noodles and shrimp and when she brought it out... I knew it was OVER. That dish was soooooo good! I had no idea Vietnamese dishes like that existed. I literally fell in love. It was the perfect dish that I wanted to end my day with and it was super filling as well. The price point was just as great. I still have dreams about it today...
