The selection of magazines is not too bad but again there is only a small selection. The layout of the store is not pushchair friendly and the number of tills cause big bottlenecks on busy days.

The DVDs and CDs which are often quite good value for money are very limited in choice, they are stuck way at the back in a tiny corner. It has a reasonable selection of books and does often have some good offers on but it is somewhat liking compared to the well known book shop a few doors up! The newspaper and magazine collection is impressive and covers all genres and mostly very well.

Despite being quite a small shop it does have an extensive range of books covering many genres. the shop owner is always happy to order any books for you iof he can. I love just meandering around and browsing at the books, there is no push to force things on you and it's nice to feel free to browse at your leisure. It's a very good shop to take children to introduce them to the wonders of reading.
