Not long after I received a confirmation phone call, and we were set. On the appointed day our inspector, Desiree, met us at our home. She introduced herself and got right to work. At the end she explained her findings - as well as the significance of them - in language we could easily understand. Best experience I have had with a company in decades. Fair pricing but I would pay more just for the easy install and comfort with them coming into my home.
