I hired these guys to install some shrubs in my front yard. As you can see with the picture that…read morethey actually use to showcase there were that the trees were not even installed and spaced correctly. They were supposed to be equally spaced, and there are huge gaps. But the problem with them is I called them back out to install some pine straw and after going back back-and-forth for over two weeks, they showed up very late and did not even have the materials to do the job. We went over the job and discussed what needed to be done and agreed on a total price. He then left a Home Depot to find out the material cost and then texted me. The materials would be an additional $90. When I told him that was unacceptable as we agreed on a total price, he told me it's too late as he already purchased the materials.! for me. It was not as much as the price increase as the fact of agreeing to a price and then turning around and telling me I owe for additional materials. I would suggest you find yard men and not yard boys.

I debated whether or not I wanted to spend that much... but eventually decided to grab a couple since they were so heavy! I liked using this company for their ease of billing and online payments, but the customer service…read morewas less than preferable. For what should have been a weekly service, my yard went a day short of three weeks without being cut which made my property look incredibly unkempt in the summertime. Now days after service, my grass is now turning brown in the hot sun for how short it was cut. Clippings were blown into my pine-chipped flower beds and up onto the siding of my house. One of my flowerbeds was run over with the mower and two verbena plants were cut down to nothing. When asked what they could do to remedy my dissatisfaction, they simply agreed to cancel my service. I will be finding a different lawn care service, for sure!
