My daughter has been at GBLC for almost two years now. Every single daycare we've been to before…read morethis she cried and never wanted us to leave her. Of course she was like that her first couple of days here because it was new, but soon she was running straight to her classroom and leaving us in her dust without a second thought. She loves all of her teachers and you can tell they all care about her. She's now in the state K4 program and we love it so much. She's excited to go everyday and is always sad to leave her teachers for the weekend. Wonderful center and so glad we found it.

So many of our children haven't had the chance to show there talents either because they didn't get the right exposure from previous schools or they just weren't given a chance. A lot of our children just didn't do to well in their academics or didn't have the proper help in their previous schools, and weren't able to get into a 4 year college. Alabama Prep Birmingham is a 2nd chance for these kids. Alabama Prep Birmingham is a Post high school JUCO/Prep program and a member of the East Atlantic conference. I am proud to say my son is a student at this school he was given a second chance and now he is an A student studying sports management and is also playing the sport that he loves. I have visited my son on campus at the university house, and to many of his games, these kids are determined and hard working on and off the field. Thank you Alabama Prep. Hueytown has a stunning campus that makes a lovely venue for high school football. The parents…read moreparking cars and running concessions were very friendly and anxious to make everyone feel welcome. The campus is only a few years old and it was spotless. The visitors bleachers only seat 600-650 people which got a bit cramped and there are no restrooms or concessions on the guest side. The one concession stand for the stadium only has a few windows so the lines stayed 8-20 deep the entire game. Parking is very convenient with plenty of parking within a short walk to the stadium gate.

The staff were all pleasant enough and the lady "Mo" that did my blood donation was wonderful. But my appointment was at 4:30, I arrived a few minutes early and didn't leave until 6:40. Happy to donate, either way. They were very generous with the gifts, as I walked away with a T-shirt, two tickets to a ball game, a pair of ARC sunglasses, and a light!
