My son saved money he made from serving 2 years in military to purchase a car. We came here in hopes to find him a good reliable car to make him back n forth to his training unit to train for an upcoming possible deployment. Justin was the salesman who helped us. We test drove a Kia and was told it had a rebuilt title due to minor damage but ran great. He seemed like a honest man so we trusted him. We unfortunately bought the car and a month later start havin problems. My son had to go on a 2 week training so we parked it til he got back. When he got back we had it looked at to find out that the car had a major engine problem and was a recalled engine that was eligible for a full replacement. We call Kia in hopes to get it replaced but find out due to it having a rebuilt title that it no longer qualifies for the replacement. I had no idea about any of this. So I called Justin in hopes mb they wld do something to make it right. He just kinda gave me the run around about it like it was our fault. Then said he would call his boss and let us know but I hvnt heard back from him. My son is extremely depressed now and doesn't know what to do at this point. I feel like they knew this and just took his money anyways not giving a crap that it had a bad motor. They never mentioned it or told us this was a very risky buy. More than risky it was a complete lemon buy all around. I guess they thought they should get his military money instead of him and he can just walk to training. Way to give thanks to a troop! Shady people . Please don't buy here. The car hasn't went completely out yet but it's on its way out. SOLD OUT FROM UNDER US I gave this business a 1 star rating because it was the lowest I could give it. I would give this dealership a negative review if possible. My husband, son, and I went to look at a vehicle there. We decided we wanted to purchase the vehicle. Our salesperson was Justin whom I also believe is the owner. We told Justin the we were already pre-approved at our bank for a loan. We told him that all we had to do was get a Purchase Order from him take to the bank. We said that they would do the paperwork and print the check, then we would be back with a bank check in hand. Instead of a Purchase Order, Justin filled out a Bill of Sale, signed it, then had my husband sign it. Weokie does everything online, so I took a picture of the Bill of Sale and emailed it to my loan officer. Afterwards, we took our son to work and told him we would deliver the car to him at work when all was finished. He was on top of the world. The reason I'm telling you about my son is that the car was for him. He's a good kid and deserved this. He's always helping others with there needs, working, or going to school, still maintaining A's and B's. When he gets in at night, he just falls into bed out of sheer exhaustion. About an hour later, Justin called us to let us know some more information about the vehicle that he had gotten information from. We also told him that everything looked good and the vehicle was approved. They were doing the paperwork and would then print the check, then we would be right up there. He said that's fine. The bank called for us to finish our paperwork and get the check. We headed to the bank immediately. I didn't even take time the load my wheelchair. I said I would just stay in the truck. As I said, everything is online, so my husband e-signed his documents and I e-signed mine on the way. We got to the bank and my husband went in the pick up the check. It was almost 4:30 pm and I thought the dealership closed at 5:00 pm. I knew it would take us a little longer, so I called to ask if he would stay another 15 minutes for us to get there. I called the dealership and told Justin who I was and asked what time he closed. He said, "I'm sorry ma'am. I just sold that vehicle". I said, "What"? He said, "Yeah, some guy just came with cash in hand and bought it". I said, "But we had an agreement written out". He said, "Sorry, well the guy had cash". I said, "Are you serious". He said, "Yes". Out of shock, the only thing I could do was say "Okay", then hang up. I called my husband who said he had the check and told him to stop. Don't worry about it. Justin sold it out from under us. He thought I was joking, but I assured him I wasn't. He went back, brought the check back, explained what happened, then cancelled the loan. Our biggest concern next was breaking the news to our son. I was in tears when we told him. He was absolutely devastated.He got really depressed after that. My heart broke because he certainly didn't deserve that. He's really a good kid. I told him that I wanted to draw up poster boards and have us and some of his friends stand in front of the business and picket and tell anyone who asked what happened. He thought about it, but said, "No, because that's not what God would do". Well, the put me right into my place. Though I was still angry and his was still depressed and heart broken, I decided against it. I did decide to write the review as a warning to others how unethical this salesperson/business owner, Justin, is. I don't want anyone else going through what I did. To be honest, we legally owned the car with the Bill of Sale. In my opinion, he ILLEGALLY sold OUR vehicle to another person. Do not spend your money with these people and this dealership.. I bought a vehicle from them in December of 2018. The very next day I was putting gas in the vehicle to go out of town for Christmas with my wife and then 11, 5, and 4 month old children and the gas tank began spewing gas. I drove straight to dealership and had to switch my things to my old vehicle that I had traded in to get out of town for the holidays. The Salesman "Micah" said they would "fix" it.. He had the vehicles for about 3-4 days so his "Mechanic" could "fix" it. This was in December of 2018 and within the last week the tank started leaking again. I took it to my mechanic and when he looked at the tank he told me whoever tried to fix it before had stuffed sponges and cardboard around the seal of the tank to stop the leak.. This is low down, unprofessional, and down right unethical. Especially considering this dealer knew I have small children riding around in the car daily.. This could have been a life or death situation with a leaking gas tank one spark and my wife and children could have been burned and killed.. I highly recommend that no one EVER does business with this dealer or this guy Micah. I plan in making it known what type of people are running this business and how unethical they are.. read more

Beware if you shop here. Dealer hid obvious, dangerous defects which showed up within 30 miles. I was foolish for not taking the "as is" car to a mechanic first, but the salesman told us that the owner of the dealership was using the car to transport his family so we felt it was OK. First time I filled it, it was dripping gas because there was no gasket in the fuel pump. Shame on him if his kids were in that dangerous situation. The check engine light also came on within 30 miles, indicating bad cat converters. Methinks they reset the vehicle by undoing the battery. Good enough for a short test drive I guess. Shop elsewhere, or if you like gambling, at least see a mechanic prior to turning over your hard earned cash. read more

If I could give these jokers a 0 star review, I would. Went there a few weeks back and bought a 2013 Nissan Senshit, I mean Sentra. 100k miles. $6000. The guy, Shelby, claimed nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I even took it on a test run, and it worked fine. And oh boy, come to find out, it started having acceleration problems, and the accelerator totally gave out. Took it to a repair shop, and it's the entire CVT Transmission. Roughly $4000 repair. Then the air condition unit was bad as well, so roughly another $2000. Ended up being $6700 repair. NOPE. The car is a piece of junk, and I'm not even wasting my time. Called the owner of His Auto Sales, and the guy was a total dick. Shelby is an asshole. And so is his brother, Shaun. Both run a shitty business. And I hope both go out of business. They will sell you a car that runs for 3 days then is dead then so called fix the car ( which still doesn't run and needs new motor) and put a lien on title that you owe them more money.
