Highly recommend and will definitely think about coming here again. My partner was in search of a car and liked one of their postings on Facebook marketplace. Went in one day, they worked with us and we left with that car that day. It had a few repairs that needed to happen, but they included those repairs in the contract and said they'd make an appointment with us to get them fixed soon. The management and ESPECIALLY the receptionist, Deja, was very helpful in getting the appointment scheduled to bring the car in for the repairs. Deja is a rockstar! She was very adamant about making sure he was pleased and had all the help he needed. If it was possible to give less the one star I would. Bought a truck from them early 2018 brakes were not working good the promised to fix it the mechanic found one part and replaced and said done. The problem wasn't fixed took it back agian je replaced one more part and said done didn't fix it and crossed the brake lines putting it back together at that so I take it to my mechanic to fix it 1200 buck later I come in with bill they would only cover 700 bucks of it. Was told moter had been replaced still have not seen the paper work on moter swap was told moter was deleted (disel) it was not This place lives up to every used car salesmen joke you can think of dishonest shady and uncaring is how I would describe them. Avoid like the plague but if you do go there have a independent mechanic look at car before you sign. read more

We traded in our truck 4/18/2018, today marks 6/20/2018. They still have not paid off our old note. If you call they make you wait for extended periods of time (I guess in hopes you'll hang up). When someone does come to the phone a.) It is NEVER who you asked to speak with b.) They give you the run around. Then they advertise 1 price & finance you for THOUSANDS more. They texted saying a vehicle I was looking at and interested in was available and invited me to test drive it. And even called and sent a text the next morning trying to set an appointment. We text back saying we were on our way. Drove 2 1/2 hours only to find the vehicle sold the day before when Lyndee was texting and calling saying said vehicle was available and the day we made the trip she also called and text. Then they offered us a vehicle they didn't even have a key for! Cost me $50 dollars in gas for a no go! Highly irritating and disappointing to say the least! read more

I also would give less than 1 star if it were possible. We went to look at their trucks. I told my husband right off the bat that it looked very unprofessional. I'll spare the details of the vehicles they have (wasn't good). We found a truck we were interested in. The rep (Molly) said she wanted to get some information to just make sure we apply. We had already told her we have been approved for a loan elsewhere and don't want them running a hard credit inquiry, she assured us they would not. She's gone for probably an hour and in that time span, my husband gets an alert that there's been a hard inquiry ran on him. She finally comes out and says "the computers are down, I'll call y'all tomorrow". We ask why they ran the hard inquiry and she has a manager come out and he said that it wasn't them, the bank must have done it. The title on the inquiry was Blazer Motor-- interesting. So just all around seemed shady. They never even called us back. Hah. Such a joke. We had already decided we didn't want to purchase anything from them with their shady business practices so we weren't surprised when they never called! Fast forward to the next night and they have run FIVE hard credit inquiries. Completely ridiculous. read more

My son found a car at Blazer Motors online. He is in the Air Force stationed in Louisiana. It was a struggle or a young person in the military to get a loan to buy a car but this was the one he wanted. We decided to help him after a relative ( who is an insurance adjuster )look at it and drove it. Yesterday I talked twice to Molly and Jerry sent me a document that had all the details and price and I explained to Molly we were getting the money June 27th. We were in email contact with Jerry Richards by email clear until 10:05 that day arranging to purchase the car. Jerry said a personal check would be fine and he was a military officer so he understood the complications. We were in OKC the morning of the 28 and called to talk to Jerry orMolly and neither were there. Left a message that we were getting the money and would back the morning of the 28 to purchase it. Came back Tulsa got the money called Blazer Motors they say someone flew in from Wisconsin and bought it at 9:15 this morning!!!!! Do not deal with this company!!!! read more

Blaze Motors is a disreputable establishment that sells un-inspected cars with mechanical flaws and refuse to honor the needed repairs on vehicles they sell. My daughter bought a car, she had problems with the front brakes the first week of ownership, and took the car back. The 3 male salesmen told her it wasn't their problem she bought the car as is! She then asked how can you sell unsafe autos to the public without a safety inspection? All 3 male salesmen told her to get off the lot. My daughter was in tears and kept asking how can you sell cars that are unsafe to drive? Not only did they not answer her, but the 3 men harassed my daughter until she felt unsafe in her surroundings. She went to another reputable car dealer and they inspected her vehicle and told her that all 4 break pads and rotary needed to be replaced. The new dealership asked why Blaze didn't inspect the cars before sale? She said they never answered her. Now she has $750 in car repairs to pay, so she can safely drive on the Oklahoma roads! I had a nightmare of an experience with Blazer Motors Dealership. They posted a vehicle online for sale. We contacted the dealership and our salesman was Sergio. We spoke back and forth for 2 weeks getting the vehicle inspected, applying for financing etc. There were some issues with the vehicle that came up in the inspection that they agreed to repair. I was told the vehicle was ready to be picked up and that everything was taken care of. They knew we were coming in from out of town. We flew into Oklahoma from Ohio went to the dealership only to be told the vehicle was still out for repairs. Then we were told that a part had to be ordered and it was going to be an additional day. We had to get a hotel, miss work, etc to stay another day. The following day when the car was suppose to be ready no one contacted us with any updates so we called the dealership about 3:00pm to check on the status only to be told it may be another couple of days. The people that work there continued to place blame on each other. They lack communication and are very unorganized. We spoke with many people at the dealership Chad being one. Ultimately after a lot of back and forth he called and offer 3000 off of the price of the vehicle for a repair that will cost 6400 for us as a consumer. So tired of the back and forth and basically stranded we agreed. Then had the owner PJ James contact us 15 minutes later and say they could only take 2000 off. He then went on to state the obvious which is that we didn't have to do the deal. So easy to say when you know we traveled from out of town. Extremely unprofessional read more

Called to buy a motorcycle off of facebook. They sent me here to BLAZER MOTORS. Said it was ready to go I told them the time I would be there they said its waiting for me. 3.5 hr drive later towing a trailer I was informed it was sold last night for more money and didnt know me but some how knew how much I offered. I know it was not sold. It was covered in dirt and the gas tank was empty full of rust and I am suppose to believe it was for sale for over a month and a half and someone paid asking price without seating on it or hearing it run? Called ahead to check out one truck and wanted to look at a mini van. No one met us at the door. When we first walked in we almost had the look of why were we there. Test drove the truck. Broken windshield, turn signal did not work and the brake light stayed on. The truck itself did drive good. Brought up the windshield and was told they could replace it for 125 dollars. Test drove minivan very high mileage and my wife was having issue with the seat the sales person did nothing to tell her how to adjust it or help her. I also want to point out that I expect the sales person to talk to both my wife and I. Not just me. He never said one word to her. So they were looking at my car for a trade it when my wife and I looked at a jeep and hummer. Jeep also had broken windshield. We decided to go somewhere else and look and I asked for my keys back had to ask more than once for that. Immediately the sales person said "They are going somewhere else" in a real rude tone of voice and bounded up the stairs like a snake was chasing him. I get a call from the person I had talk to that morning and I told her I thought the sales person was rude and we are going somewhere else. I get a text 10 minutes later with some excuse of how he was just going to get his card and give it to me. Really? So it was hard to say I am going to get my card I will be right back??? Their cars aren't in the condition they promise.  I was told they had inspected the vehicle I was interested in and that it had passed. I was sent a very generic check off form that had been filled out. Being that I was purchasing this vehicle from out of the state I decided to have an outside inspector take a look at the vehicle.  I hired lemonsquad.com (terrific service, ASE certified mechanics). When the vehicle report came back, items that were on their checklist as being in good condition were not. Simple things like tire tread, the vehicles mechanical systems had an issue, air intake and a few others. Our salesperson Sergio stayed in writing (an email) that they would replace the worn tires, repair air intake and the mechanical systems being the turn signal lights and modules.  I've purchased multiple vehicles from out of town and I've never dealt with such incompetent and dishonest people in my life.  I corresponded with our salesman Sergio for about 2 weeks. Was told everything was repaired and the vehicle was ready for pick up. I reintegrated that I was coming in from out of town (over 1200 miles) and wanted to ensure that everything was ready to go, financing included. I was reassured everything was ready. I flew into town only to find out that the car had not been repaired. I had planned on flying in and driving out on the same day. Then, I was told by a service manager that the part had been ordered, would be in that day and they could have the vehicle repaired the following day. When the next day came, the day the vehicle was promised to be ready it hadn't even begun being worked on.  I was then told maybe another 2-5 days for the vehicle to be ready. Stranded over 1200 miles from home, with broken promises from the salesperson, Sergio and two service managers one being Chad I reached out to the owner PJ James via Facebook. I was sure that as the owner of the dealership he could not have been aware of the disorganization and trials that his staff were putting me through.  I had confidence that he'd have an interest in making it right. Well PJ JAMES is an incompetent owner, he had no remorse that I'd been mislead under his company's name Blazer Motors. He basically was a jerk and just said we could take it or leave it and that it didn't bother him because he would just throw the vehicle to auction. BEWARE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY ALSO THE FACT THAT THEY SENT ME A PASSED INSPECTION FOR THIS VEHICLE YET IT TURNED OUT TO HAVE MULTIPLE ISSUES IS A CAUSE FOR CONCERN OF ALL OF THEIR INVENTORY THAT HAS "PASSED THEIR INSPECTION". read more
