They chose to answer only what they wanted to and dodged questions about aspects like the process AND the types of products to be used to clean our carpet and sofa. Again, we specifically asked if the solution is considered safe, non-toxic, green and eco-friendly. Fortunate for us, great intuition is always a blessing and its wise to know when something doesn't pass the "smell test."
