The "joker" we had, who is the employee (he was semi-friendly) that gives hints if your stuck, was not very good at English. That was a bit of a challenge/frustration. It's a pretty simple game, just don't over think it. We finished the bomb diffuse in about 30 mins. My friend went to Escape game-exit here in Berlin and said it was better and more challenging. I wouldn't come back here for the price they charge, but that's just my opinion.

We had a group of 4. The puzzles were challenging but not too hard, and the immersion was high thanks to a well-decorated room, great technological elements, and the use of actors. The staff were extremely nice and eager to hear our feedback afterwards, showing that they very much care what their customers think and what kind of experience they had. Our only complaint was that it felt a bit anti-climactic at the end. Maybe we had figured out the end of the game too easily, because we weren't sure whether or not we actually finished or not. Afterwards, we received a team photo that was professionally photoshopped and it looked like a legit quality film poster!

Micha was our great guide and gave the perfect touch of space and support, and even gave us a few extra minutes when we were very close at the end. The only advice for people playing -- if you are English speakers you should have at least one German speaker with you for this room, for a few of the in-room clues it is necessary. All the instructions were given to us in English no problem, since we had a few who didn't understand German. Definitely recommend the room and from the quality I assume the other Smart Room games are also good. I will be back for other rooms!

I am not really a team or competitive type person. The minute we entered the room I totally got into it! Very well done room atmosphere. I loved that if you got stuck, you didn't have to ask for help, they were monitor your game and little hints appeared on the tv screen. Appreciated that the puzzle aspect would work for any tourists. Lots of fun and working together with our each individual skill set. Don't want to get anything away, but the last half was a great surprise. Again, I am a very visual person so I appreciate all the little touches. Highly recommend! Some great restaurants near by too!
