Maybe…read moreit's because I'd been walking all day, or because I hadn't enjoyed an IPA in a while.. regardless it was a great beer. Their Imperial IPA pour is rich with a smooth intake that's slightly sweet followed by a very mild bitter finish. No overbearing piney or earthy taste. Just a superbly balanced beer. I also tried their lager, but I didn't get a second round. The bartenders were excellent and provided good service. To be honest, I enjoyed their Imperial enough to give my compliments to the brewer. Patatas and peanut mix were also a good pair to the beers. Just my thoughts, as someone who has consumed craft beers from across the United States. Check it out!
