Becoming a regular. Maybe officially changing my name to Juanito (generally the name I go by in Spain when ordering food/making reservations/etc). Mercado de Feria feels like a locals only market. A true neighborhood market. Sure there were a handful of tourists, including us, but it felt easy to blend into the crowd, like we were popping in while running errands. First we grabbed a vermouth to whet the ol' appetite, then headed to one of the back bars, the one that looked the most crowded, and ordered two cañas and croquetas de gambas. Croquetas were solid, I've had better, but I just loved this entire market and would give it even more stars if I could.
