Bought a 4wd from here, everyone was great, then i drove it home and thats when the fairy tale ended. 3 days later needed a new battery $220 3 weeks later, needs a new rocker cover gasket as the rocker is leaking, new wheel bearings, new drive belt, and among other things according to the dealership had a service at 159 thousand no proof in log book service book, yet im now replacing the coolant? This has cost me upwards of 500$ and i havent even had the vehicle for a month. The mechanics arent satisfied either yet as they cannot find why the car is whirring, so the bill continues. Called the dealership several times trying to ask about warranty and no one wanted a bar of me, was told i would get a call back and after the third time i gave up calling. I will never ever come to this dealership again and i plan to tell as many people as i can about this and how it has been handled by the dealership. read more

My business bought a Mazda BT 50 from this dealership and they put secondhand compressor in our truck when it went back under warranty. The air compressor seized again within 9 months and they refused to replace it as we had missed some service dates. We took it to another Mazda dealership for an independent report and my son was told that the air compressor was not new and that it was buggered. I honestly believe that they knew that the compressor was a problem when we bought the vehicle and should have put in a new one knowing that a second hand one would probably fail but it got them over the line with warranty. My wife's 7 year old Corolla Ascent Sport Hatch was serviced 6/4/17 at the Robina Dealership. When we got home from picking it up at the agreed time, my wife commented that it looked as good as when we bought it. The service team are to be commended and they certainly saved me from several hours of labour over the weekend. All I have left to do is about 10 mins of vacuuming the carpets. Thanks team.
