unprofessional and unreliable. He provided an estimate and we agreed that he will start the work in 2 weeks. On the day he was supposed to start, and after I got all the material that he needed, he texted in the morning to say that he cannot start the job because he "needed to renew his license" and he had issues. He said he will sort it out and get back to me. 3 days later and I have not heard back from him and I contacted him. This time he said because of "scheduling issues" he will start after 1 month! read more
