I really appreciate the selection: they carry everything from household items to groceries, and I often end up finding more than I originally came for. The staff is usually very friendly and willing to help point you in the right direction if you're looking for something specific. While a few of the stockers don't speak English fluently, they are always polite and do their best to assist. Overall, shopping here is always a positive experience, and the combination of affordability, variety, and cleanliness keeps me coming back again and again.

I love to go in here and walk around for an hour seeing what "treasures" I can find. They have parking lot. One thing to note another reviewer mentioned: The ceilings are leaky. so look up before buying ‍ steer clear of buckets if you can get past these things and have it not bother you in favor of a deal, it's an ok store. It's huge! Some of my best things purchased in here tend to be home decor items personally. They sell 1$ ornaments for the holidays. My favorites are my curtains for my apartment. I also love that they have 5-6$ throw pillows. I constantly come around to replace bathroom rugs and shower curtains and this is the best place to find things that are of good quality on a deal. Think of the things you 100% need but like don't want to spend a fortune on. NWL has your back there. They have a large section of cleaning products which sells things like 5$ Lysol spray and stuff you prob already buy but pay a lot more for. Reminds me of like pergament or even Bobby's. There were boxes and empty shelves/section everywhere. They also had a section of items that were $3-5 instead of the standard $1.25 which was interesting. I felt like this Dollar Tree is a bit smaller than other locations. This location doesn't have a public restroom available. There is only two staff available to check out and they can be hit or miss and very rude at times. In the middle of checking out my friend, the cashier just left and had a full on conversation with another coworker about her personal life....

I asked, "So if it fails on day 11, that's okay?" but received no satisfactory answer. They also insisted, "This is a cheap store - items could break like that," and declared the item non‑refundable, refusing even a store credit. I expressed my disappointment, but was told there was nothing they could do. I stand by their 14‑day return policy and feel this was a clear case of a defective product - one not designed to last - not a matter of changing my mind.
