A pleasure to interact with. Stacey who is the massage therapist is hands down the best therapist I have experienced. I have had many massage sessions in LA and NY. Stacey has a natural gift for her chosen profession. Stacey asked me about any trouble areas and was took great care. I told her that I had a previous injury from a massage a week prior at a different establishment and she took great care to ease the pain in my carpal metacarpal joint of my thumb. The CMC felt so much better after her manipulation techniques. Stacey was professional, skillful and knowledgeable. Very personable individual. They offer water, tea, cookies to have after. You never feel rushed in any part of the experience. The overall ambience is conducive to relaxation. My plan is to go back every two weeks.

The cozy atmosphere and the staff we encountered were more than welcoming. From the tea and treats in the waiting room, to the soothing spa scents and zen music, we felt relaxed from the start. I started with a relaxing massage with Monica. She provided just the right amount of pressure to get a few knots out while still keeping me comfortable. Then I had a facial with Angel and my skin hasn't felt this smooth in a long time. She thoroughly explained what each treatment was for and what to expect before applying any product, and provided some practical advice to help keep my skin healthy in between treatments. We never felt rushed and could have lounged in the robes they provided all day! Their rates are very reasonable and make it easier to treat yourself for a bit. Highly recommend!

The best I've ever had in my life" The communication leading up to the day was great, one of the massage therapists had to call out sick so they made sure we were ok with the substitution. They are located in a shared office building, it was a little confusing finding them at first but easy enough :) The waiting area has a comfortable seating spot and calming music playing. They offered us drinks while we filled out the intake forms. The massage room was very clean and they both asked us details about what we were looking for, any pain spots, how much pressure we liked. I have a broken clavicle and she was great dealing with it during the massage, never any discomfort :) The massages were a perfect way to end our mini vacation. Extremely relaxing. Without hesitation I would book them again any time we are back in the area!

I had been given close to $1000 worth of gift certificates and after leaving several messages to schedule to use them, I went to the place in person to see if they were still in business and to find out why no one was calling me back. The owner happened to be there. I told her I wanted to schedule my appointments and redeem my gift certificates. Well, she refused to honor them. She gave me some song and dance that she didn't have to, because the company had changed. Blah blah blah! It was all excuses to keep the money, but not offer the services. Never buy their gift certificates, they'll take your money, but not give you the services. Zero Integrity!

She then searched my pocketbook and did not believe me that I didn't have the gift certificate. One of the other workers went to the back room where the envelopes were and discovered that that is where the gift certificate was. This is the first place I've been to where i didn't have on underwear, but that being said i have never had anyone release the tension in my glutes, lower back and upper thighs like this in my life. I am a powerlifter/bodybuilder and those areas are like bricks. I told her to go hard, and she got above me and used elbows. I've never felt so supple and relaxed in my life.
