We did not realize that it would be done early. I suppose it's not always an announced courtesy. When calling security, they basically just stated the hours it "would run" but didn't mention that we were likely not getting picked up.. We had to call multiple times to get security to send someone to pick us up. Our driver that finally picked us up from the blue line (different trolley line) was amazing though. She has such a great personality and truly was a delight to talk with on our trip. Our kids were kind of terrified after waiting for so long in the dark rain, but she reassured them quickly. Overall the trolley is cute and a great option due to limited parking. However, I would highly suggest being overly transparent in asking drivers when routes are expected (most importantly last run or pickup time). They do have a window, so not saying you won't have to have a little patience. I wouldn't want you anyone to feel stranded for 45 minutes at the end of the night like we did though. I am a little disappointed in the security there as they didn't seem to want to initially help. Once again, the woman running the blue line was FANTASTIC though! She turned our night around!
