Very nice hotel located about 15-20 min away from CVG. I was here for training with my company and we stayed for about 6 days. The food at the restaurant was great I would recommend the Chicken Tenders! The hotel staff were all very professional and very nice I loved it. I would 100% stay here again. They have a really great breakfast buffet I would also recommend every day was a diff selection and the food was amazing! The room was super comfortable and bigger then I expected for sure. Let me tell you the bed was so fkn comfortable I did NOT want to get out of it at all... lol like sleeping on clouds! Not a usual experience for Hilton. Would not stay again. Arrived and could not find my room had to bring up my confirmation. Parking is extra ok but can not pay with booking a separate place outside source for that fee. Stayed more than one night no clean towels offered. Shower water pressure was not existent. They need a boost for upper floors . The employees were nice . Could not get a checkout bill printer was broken and told an email but that did not happen. In the area for Reds and events but not staying here again! read more

The staff outside of the breakfast team were horrible. I asked twice for something from the front desk and followed up with two phone calls and still didn't get what I need. The cleaning staff never cleaned my bathroom and the next day tried to clean it after 5 pm. They must have stuck their hand in to put in a new towel but didn't grab the one behind the door, didn't take my wash cloth and didn't replace the makeup removers. I know they can't change the structure of the building but it's very poorly designed. There aren't any visible doors behind the building. So you can't park in the back. The first set of elevators don't go to certain room numbers but it isn't labeled so you'll end up using the wrong set. It's a really big building and to get to the front desk literally takes over 5 minutes from my room (272). I will be coming back on a regular basis but I will not be coming back here. read more

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn a couple of weeks ago, and when I saw the Hilton I thought I might like to stay here for the rest of my project (6 weeks). I researched beforehand if there was an executive lounge (app said yes) and the hours of the restaurant. There is no executive lounge at this location, and breakfast doesn't start until 7am, not at 6:30 like the website says. Restaurant opens at 6pm, not 5. These two things combined means this hotel doesn't meet my needs, so I cancelled my remaining reservations and will be staying at the Garden Inn the next five weeks for $10-$30 cheaper per night. If their website would have been up to date, I wouldn't have booked here at all. Also, you don't have control over the heat in your room. No matter the temp you have it set to, it continually blows heat and the fan never stops. I had to turn mine off altogether so it wasn't so hot! read more

Typical Hilton. We are honors members and used the app check in and digital key. Now you can share your digital key with someone else. This prevents us from having to stop by the front desk. Room was clean. Toilet broke, called front desk. maintenance arrived fast. But toilet couldn't be fixed so we had to move rooms. We got new keys quickly and the Hilton app even updated the digital key in the app. Pillows are way too large and hard to sleep with, air/heat was super loud. read more

This is one of my Northern Kentucky favorites. Big spacious rooms that are easily accessed. During Covid they were not cleaning daily but recently they have returned to daily cleaning and refresh. It's very nice and although some days I hang the DND sign up, every once in awhile I like to come back to a clean room. The restaurant is closed for dine in which is a bummer but they do have a limited to go menu. They serve food in individual packaging even for meets and group events that they have hosted for me. Their airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes 24/7. I love that it works well for our needs. It's pretty quick trip to the airport. They will even drop you off at local bars, restaurants and shopping etc. Their in house gym is closed but they provide access to the nearby crunch gym which is actually better. The service is on point and they go out of their way to meet our needs. Wear a mask. Free parking. Convention center type rooms and amenities Convenient to food and shopping in Florence, KY. Right off the freeway. They can accommodate large groups. read more

Look 5 stars is for the staff . They drive to the airport get you feed you a good Breakfast all for a good price. Otherwise Florence is full of cigarette butts all over the place. Absolutely disgusting grass full of litter and exploded cigarette buttes. I would've let this go but this is the second Hilton I've stayed in in this past month where it was just really bad. OK when checking into the hotel the ladies at the reception desk were kind of rude when we asked about our Hilton Honors. But I let it pass because I thought well maybe they're having a bad day or it's a Cincinnati thing. Then I get to my room and I am in the shower and I look up and I see 2 used wash cloths hanging on the shower rack. So then I'm looking around the shower and I see black hairs everywhere. Now I have had laser hair removal and I am blonde so I knew that they were not mine and it really grossed me out. When I get out of the shower I find a bath towel that looks clean, but I also double check the hand towels which look like they have some sort of make up on them. I called the front desk and told them what was going on after I wiped the phone down because it was really dusty. They offered to have someone come up and clean the bathroom but by that time it was too late because I had already showered. I'm tired. I just want to eat and go to sleep. I just asked for more towels which they brought up. I later regretted this decision as later on I lifted the toilet seat and they were black hairs on the back of the toilet seat. Talk about gross! Thank God I travel with Lysol wipes! There were also two used hotel key cards on the TV stand. I guess they were left over from the last person. Then I went downstairs to the restaurant to order food because nothing surrounding the hotel was tempting. I put in an order for chicken, they said it would take 20 minutes, I noticed people next to me got their food first even though they had arrived after me, so I asked them what was taking so long. They double checked and they said the ticket never got into the kitchen ! So 50 minutes later I finally get my food. That's not even it! The next morning we were all as a group supposed to get on the 6 AM shuttle to the airport because they would not do a 5:45 AM shuttle (they only do every half hour). They ended up having so many people that they split our group up. Ridiculous! I would've let this go but this is the second Hilton in the last two weeks that has been really bad. This Hilton is very spacious with a lot of seating on the 1st floor and by the elevators. With all the double doors with signage, I believe there are a ton of conference rooms by the 1st floor elevators. Even though the building is adjacent to the highway i've never had a issue with noise. Also, there is a Cracker Barrel within walking distance. I've stayed here a couple of times and the shower curtain stinks along with dirty vents by the shower head. The soaps/lotions are by Crabtree & Evelyn. I've never had a problem with it drying me out like most hotel products. read more

Hotel is clean, maintained and close to the airport, there is a members lounge for Gold members, a Restaurant and bar. The front desk personnel are exceptional and very helpful and friendly to guests. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, however most of our group could not seem to get their AC units to get their rooms to the lowest AC temps. My room AC was set to 62 and it wasn't even close to that. I left my room available for daily service and moved the coffee pot to the bath room for easy access, moved the hotel directory and other signage off the desk on to the dresser top and left my laptop out. For 4 out of 5 days this remained the same. The 5th day the room person removed the coffee pot from the bathroom back to the original place, put all the literature back on the desk, and took my personal coffee cup from the coffee pot in the bathroom and places it on the dresser. I immediately back the way it was and washed my coffee cup not knowing the cleanliness of the person who touched it. First time ever I have experienced this in a hotel. The hotel has several sections of building for the rooms and each is served by 2 elevators, one elevator was out of service for most of the 5 day stay. The hotel has some other issues of concern, coming down to breakfast our party of 6 asked about a table by the window and was told it was for a high ranking Hilton Corporate person who like to sit at the window. So we sat elsewhere, during this time water was places on that table and The Hotel Manager(?) came over and inspected the table, lifting water glasses and look at them, taking three and some silverware. He did not do this for any other table in the dining area during our breakfast. This Manager also never said a word to any guests during our breakfast even when he walked by the guests. The food was decent however during breakfast I found a label still attaches to the red Pepper in the egg. Had the person correctly clean the vegetable, there should have not been a label. I showed others in my party and we ate elsewhere the rest of the time. With the amount of travel I do for work and the money spent on this visit, I expected more from this Hilton Hotel. Out of the last 5 Hilton Hotel trips each 5 days long over the last 2 months this one is the worst. I would not recommend this hotel. read more

Here's my problem: The wifi isn't "free". To get it free you have to join the Hilton Rewards program. If you don't want to join it costs money (up to $12 for a single day like when your passing through. Oh, and the light on the nightstand had troublesome wiring; if you moved the light around a little it went off or on. I talked to the desk about that. No complementary breakfast! Park, stay, fly. That's what led me here. I was looking for an alternative to paying the airport's parking rate... score. You can choose to stay and park or you can just use the lot to park and pay a daily rate. If you're leaving your car, park in the lot by the Cracker Barrel sign. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes and it took off exactly on time. It's a 10 minute drive to the airport, so be sure to take that into consideration. I have to admit, due to the 2.5 Yelp rating, I was hesitant to book a room. I must say, once I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the entire hotel is under construction. I would probably rate it a 4-star, but apparently it got a bad wrap before the overdue remodel. I didn't really stay long enough to comment on the room and amenities. read more

Sad!!! I used the park and ride service. Parking and getting to the airport was a snap! The return was horrid! I called repeatedly for 45 minutes and the phone was never answered, it would just hang up! ((859) 371-4400) I had to get a taxi to the hotel to get my vehicle! My company often books this hotel for me while traveling. Every Hilton I stay in gives me credit for my stay since I'm an Honors member. This particular location is the only one that never gives credit for my stays. They won't even give me the complimentary bottles of water that come with the Honors rewards. Breakfast is expensive and the food selection is not worth the price at all. Better off walking next door to Cracker Barrel. read more

I would not recommend this business. I've come here for parking at the nearby airport plenty times over 4 years and it's been getting gradually worse. This most recent time, the shuttle service left me after I told the host I was getting my bags from the car. I did not stay at this hotel, so I can not rate their room or service. I just want people to be aware of where they park in their parking lot. A huge parking lot but it has no cameras. I was here for an all day conference, arrived at 7:45 am left at 6 pm on a Friday. Parked my CRV towards the back where there is a fence near the I75 highway. When I came out to leave someone had stolen my catalytic converter. Really during the day in the daylight! Called the Florence police to report it and notified the front desk. I was told "sorry I guess we need some cameras in the parking lot." No kidding, I'm sure this wasn't the first time this has happened. read more

False advertising about the restaurant. They say they close at 10pm but they do Last Call at 9:45pm. Why not just close the damn thing down at 9:45pm then and change your hours. So people don't come in at 9:50 and now you refuse to serve them. So basically u can't even get a drink past 9:45pm, how lame is that? They do the same thing at breakfast, they say it closes at 10am but they start shutting the door early. No reason for that. If I'm paying $22 a person for breakfast U better leave it the hell open until the last second and don't be shutting the doors early. No laundry room. Bathrooms too small for $160+ a night. It's like a quality inn with upgraded upholstery. I'll stay at quality inn for $75 next time then. read more

I am a diamond Hilton Member and have been for at least 10 years. I have stayed at this hotel for a minimum of 1 time per month for the last 13 years. I have always found it to be amazing, However, the person I worked with today - Amy Hicks - decided that although hilton allows to book a room for 2 at $15 credit each - this hilton will not honor that offer. Any other Hilton I have ever visited allowed me to add my husband as a guest regardless of when he was going to arrive and without having to make a stop at the front desk to show his ID. But apparently here - until you submit a drivers license - and if you did not book it as two persons per room - they will not honor the Hilton offer. Will not be staying here again. There is a new Hilton Garden Inn just around the corner - looking forward to staying there every month for the next several years. read more

Started bad as soon as we were curbside at the airport. It took 3 phone calls and 1 hour to get to a hotel that is roughly 10 minutes away. Everyone from our flight, and flights that landed after us, were promptly whisked away by a variety of Marriott vans. Our group and a few stragglers were the unlucky ones to be at the Hilton. Once the van driver showed up and we expressed our displeasure, he got huffy and pissed. Not cool. No in room refrigerator or microwave. When I called the front desk for one, they didn't have anyone that could look for one. The in room coffee was freakishly bad, like it had a hint of gym socks. The next day, my room key decided to not work. It took three visits to the front desk to sort it out. A very lackluster experience. read more

Dumpy older Hilton near CVG. Rooms are in need of major TLC. My room was missing the AC vent cover *see picture. The heater / AC in my room didn't work, only blew air. The bourbon bar was worth a visit, all kinds to choose from. Bartenders were great, pretty knowledgable on the Kentucky bourbons. Hotel staff was great, always smiling and asking how the stay was going. It's good to see they are updating everything, there was a time for a period of 8 months the elevator operating permit was expired! Good to see its taken care of. read more

Our visit was very disappointing. The furniture in the room was beaten up, the heat made very odd noises and there was no hot water. The water pressure was so low in the sink it was difficult to brush your teeth. We ran water for a very long time in the tub ( that had black mold in the corner) and never got any hot water. When I brought this to the attention to the front desk they gave me an excuse the corner rooms had problems sometimes. We were not in a corner room! Actually we were in a room that adjoined a "board room" and the noise from that room prevented me from sleeping after 7:45. This was not at all what I expected from a Marriott property! I booked my stay through Expedia for 3/7/2015. When I got there I initially had issues with the door key. Got that resolved quickly. Upon entering the room there were stains on the carpet and the trash hadn't been emptied in the room. Soon after We noticed a stain/leak in the ceiling and small [gnats?] flying around. We packed our belongings and checked out. At the front desk I was told they would not refund my money [this was remedied by a call to the manager 1 day later]. The lobby is clean and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately I expected more from a Hilton and didn't get that level at this location. The hotel itself is great with a pool, workout center and plenty of space. However, if you're picky about cleanliness and attention to details then this isn't quite the place for you. read more

The NEGATIVE: Very dated hotel with numerous upgrades needed, ESPECIALLY the amenities travelers are accustomed to having in a modern hotel like; 1) a mini refrigerator is a must have in each room or access to one being delivered to your room - as opposed to what we were told - we don't have any mini refrigerators in the hotel but guest are welcome to put their things in the hotel refrigerator down stairs". UNACCEPTABLE ON ALL LEVELS 2) small microwave in each room is a modern day necessity in a hotel room or perhaps I've been staying at better locations. 3) free WiFi as advertised should be free..., not if you join HHonors then we'll give you the free WiFi Overall this was sadly the worst hotel I've ever stayed at and shocked that it still has the quality name Hilton. Have used their park & fly service several times over the past 4 years, but my last 3 trips, all this year April - Aug, have been horrible. The drivers are not on time leaving the hotel for the airport, even though they are supposed to leave at every top of the hour & half past. They also do not seem concerned if passengers are cutting it close to get to the airport because of their tardiness. This also happens when waiting at the airport for a ride back to the hotel...average wait time is about 45 minutes. The Double Tree, Holiday Inn, & Quality Inn shuttlez came 3 and 4 times in the amount of time it took them to show up once...it took over an hour for the shuttle to arrive. The front desk staff is awesome, but the shuttles leave a lot to be desired. I will not be using them again after this. read more

Nice hotel with incredibly friendly staff. The folks at the front desk were always willing to assist and didn't get upset when I grossly exceeded their printing limitations in the business center or when I inadvertently jammed their stapler whilst trying to staple the previously mentioned pages. The location is choice... There's a weird place called Rafferty's next store that can't decide whether it's a sports bar or a ski lodge. A stone's throw from there is an Applebee's, along with a Tilted Kilt for those looking to explore the cultural side of Cincy (just don't make eye contact). My only gripe with the Hilton, other than the fact that it lacks a hot tub, is the fact that they have a secret washer and dryer that are in a secret room which can only be accessed by Atlas airline pilots. The rest of us mere mortals have to go to the most ghetto laundromat, which is located a mile away next to a liquor store/opium den. At least there was a bar across the street from said laundromat. read more
