Every time I've called they know exactly who I am. My husband was seen there and Dr. Ryan had remembered me telling him about my husband's work and things of that nature, so my husband felt very comfortable with him and conversation came easy. As far as the work they do, the staff is extremely friendly and Dr. Ryan makes sure to talk you through every little thing he does. They have a movie to help distract the kids and explain and show everything they are going to do before they do it. The only thing I questioned a little was putting the cleaner head on my kids hand and then in his mouth. I thought she would swap out the cleaner, but not so. Not a biggie, and maybe I'm just a germo-phobe. Dentist was great. So friendly and so gentle with our toddler. Explained things well and very nice.
