I actually tried two other dentists when I first moved to Maplewood, they didn't give me the level of service I was accustomed to, so I kept driving to Eagan. Until now... It was easy to schedule an appointment at Hendrickson. On the actual day of I had a conflict come up, they managed to still squeeze me in same day. I received a super cute welcome bag of goodies on arrival, and didn't wait long at all afterwards to be seen. The dental assistant was super personable, as well as Dr. Cha who did my exam. They were both so friendly and genuine, I felt comfortable, and well cared for. Dr. Cha razzed me quite a bit cause I don't consistently floss...yeah, yeah, I know. He spent a good amount of time playfully drilling it into me, although he did admit my gums were very healthy, so winning there! But I have now been flossing everyday since my appointment. I appreciated the time he took to make sure I understand the importance. He also told me I could remove some white spots on a couple of my teeth that I was told may not be done before, so I'm excited to be back for that. Every time I've called they know exactly who I am. My husband was seen there and Dr. Ryan had remembered me telling him about my husband's work and things of that nature, so my husband felt very comfortable with him and conversation came easy. As far as the work they do, the staff is extremely friendly and Dr. Ryan makes sure to talk you through every little thing he does. I love this office and will refer everyone to them 1,000 times over. The community is very lucky to have an office like this.
