They brag about their award-winning sausages frequently and to be perfectly honest it's hard to argue with them.
I have a habit of using good quality pork sausages in my quite frankly fantastically superb Italian ragu/bolognese. I generally end up using some of Tesco finest pork sausages and take the meat out because it generally has a much better flavour than using the usual pork mince found at the supermarche.
I called over to the stall a few weeks back to see what they had to offer. The had the usual pork and leek and a few other spatterings of porky goodness but I opted for their standard, award winning bangers. They were fantastic. Rich and meaty and very well seasoned. I took the meat out and fried it in a solid steel pan, not a non-stick and let the meat catch at the bottom. Once browned, I de-glazed the pan and then went on with the rest of the dish.
