Bottom line, after contacting Woodlands Fabrics and hearing nothing back from them, we decided to just eat the $5000 we spent with her and start all over again with another company. In addition I also had trouble getting the company to replace a pillow they had made for me that was too large for our bench. My take on this company, no matter how many times they change their name, is that, unlike companies that are customer-obsessed, this one is completely profit-obsessed
