They picked us up from our hotel, made several stops including clean bathroom breaks and couple gift shops. Overall, the tour was amazing. Although we only spent 45 minutes at a horseshoe Bend, we were able to take some awesome pictures and walk around. But definitely the highlight was Antelope Canyon. You can only go on a tour here with the Navajo guide and our guide Ray was fantastic. We spent about 1.5 hours at lower Antelope Canyon. He really made the tour fun, informative, and he took the best pictures. The photos do not do it justice. The experience was just unreal. Each term that we took we were in awe. The downside was our tour guide Brandon. Although he was very friendly, he didn't seem that knowledgeable. Maybe he was having an off day but there were a couple times that he stopped mid sentence while telling a fact and even ended a fun fact with blah blah blah to finish up his sentence. At one point, he even started chewing on a candy or something while hooked up to the microphone. This was really annoying. We still had a very great day just a couple things that didn't make it a five star experience. Did you have a lot of options for tours and their office is located centrally in the uptown area.

The Jeep was comfortable and well-maintained, the route was absolutely stunning, and the experience felt both adventurous and relaxed. They picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel, so the whole process was very nice! Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about Arizona's history, geology, and wildlife. They shared fascinating stories and made sure everyone felt safe while still having a blast. We saw incredible views you simply can't get to on your own, and there were plenty of great photo opportunities. If you're looking for a fun, informative, and unforgettable way to explore Arizona's landscape, I can't recommend Arizona Safari Jeep Tours enough. We'd absolutely do it again!

While I understand you all have no control over the weather, offering an alternative for weather should be an option. For $100 per person, and over $600 paid including tip that we paid for this trip, a refund or a reschedule would have made much more sense. On top of that, we were only able to see one of two stops. Tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly but had to focus really hard on driving in the muddy roads so didn't have much to say on the drive back. We did really enjoy the flute playing at the one stop we made.

We had a great time! If you are into hiking and other outdoor activities, Ed can give you all the infornation you need. We appreciated the insight. However, I strongly suggest you disregard any recommendations for Dahl and Diluca restaurant. That place has abhorrent service and couldn't care less about patrons. When Jim tells you this tour is custom to you, he's not kidding - just tell him what wines you like, don't like or even if you want to change it up to accommodate your husband (who doesn't drink a lot of wine) and add a brewery stop, done! He makes it happen and everywhere we went was absolutely wonderful. And did I mention he made it a dog-friendly tour?! Every stop (except for one we specifically requested) was dog-friendly - and at the one that wasn't, Jim walked our little guy while we did our tasting. Seriously, everything about this tour was above and beyond. Jim's knowledge of the area and the wineries demonstrates how much he loves what he does and you can tell the wineries and local businesses really appreciate him too. I cannot recommend Jim and his company more! He has several tours to pick from or he'll happily work with you to create one just for you. If you're heading to the Sedona area, this is a must-do!!

First place I called right off said it was a 45 minute wait, and when I said where I was and where I wanted to go sounded doubtful. Second place wasn't even local and advised me to call someone else. Then I found Bob's Taxi lower down on the google results. When the man that answered the phone didn't bat an eye about my location, and told me it would be at least fifteen minutes, I was SO grateful! My ride showed up in about 20. ( no complaints, traffic is stupid in Sedona) and was Covid compliant and friendly. What more could I ask! Five stars to the knight in a black SUV that rescued me! One warning, they do take only cash, which I was informed of up front from the dispatcher. Thankfully I had the green to engage their services.

My hotel was in Oak Creek Village and most of the places that I wanted to go to were in Sedona, so I relied on them a lot. They are great! The drivers are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They pointed out landmarks and told me a lot about Sedona and the red rock formations. Bobs Sedona Taxi also offer tours, I didn't do any of them because all of my days were pretty booked up and I had already scheduled two other tours. Based on the drivers that I met, I imagine that their tours are good. They recommended some good restaurants for me to try, which I appreciated. The cabs are very clean. They are very prompt for pre-scheduled pick ups. They are also pretty quick when called for immediate pick ups. I am mobility impaired and a couple of times I had to call them to go just a few blocks, they were great and gave me really good rates. I don't know how they compare to other Sedona taxi services because I only used Bobs. I originally chose them because of their name "Bobs" (a really old joke between me and some friends), but I continued using them because they are great.
