I was greeted by a friendly person at the front desk, introduced to Amanda and her apprentice- Alley and had a lovely few hours with them as they did their best to fix my hair. I left feeling "heard" and cared for and a few weeks after when I wasn't sure about something I called in and immediately they both went out of their way to educate me on the coloring process and how we would "together" get my hair back to where it needed to be. I am so appreciative of their kindness, warm welcome and their patience with me. These two represent the studio very well and I highly recommend both. Laura B

I'm just back from Jazz Hair Studio. Read my review here…read more This was a life changing experience! Not only changing but better than a make-over. I came in gloomy and walked out blooming! Spring has sprung starting with this very big upgrade! I went from looking like Ozzy Osbourne to a bouncing blonde curly girly happy go lucky (not looking to get lucky but it could help if I wanted to)... As a professional myself I appreciate all the top notch service, attention and especially skills required to do such an extensive turn around in color. The Staffs were all exceptional. From the phone-in to the check out and the art work of Amanda and skilled apprentice Allie. Such patience, delicate handling, knowledge of products used and also (yes I highly recommend the great products) sold for maintenance and care. The Best I was already introduced to on my first visit to Jazz. The sweet and kind way I was cared for even up to walking me to my car almost brought tears to my eyes more than once. I really needed this! Now I can't wait to go back!!! (Shout out to the talented & elegant Corey!) Thank you with all my heart but especially with my boost of hope I am not shy to say I LOVE YOU !
