I was told the order would be delivered in about a week, and it was. There was some minor damage caused to my garage floor by the delivery company, and I texted Titus immediately to inform him. I will never go back. The customer service was awful. They completely ignored me and were snobby and rude when I approached them to ask about some of the tiles. The nicest person was the girl doing some plastering. That behavior may have been acceptable in a River Oaks but most women inside the loop will not shop outside the loop. I wish them luck in their new place but I will be doing my shopping at a place that appreciates the business.
