Hiller has great techs and are great at communicating and are prompt to arrive. They are always very friendly.

Brent Williamson is the best technician ever! Friendly, professional and very knowledgeable! I definitely recommend you ask for Brent.

Got tech out : made repair and left without confirming all was good for the home. Called back immediately cause still had a water leak and was told it might be an hour before we hear back. In the meantime figure out how to shut water off with no tools! read more

We have used Hiller about five times in the past seven months having just moved into a new house last night. We had a plumbing issue. Water is coming out of our sink and overflowing. We called Hiller. They had somebody out. They said he'd be there between nine and 11 and he got there at 9:05 this young man's name is Gavin and he was a gentleman. He was clean organized, knew what he was doing knew how to fix our problem Showed great respect for our home and for us I would welcome and back in my home anytime read more

Sent a repairman that could not repair nor quote the work that needed to be performed. Paid the trip charge in advance then they charge me a second fee for the an unusable quote after the first guy couldn't create the quote read more

Arrived on time and maintained professionalism and communication. Great job. Courteous service personnel on phone.

Well thankfully Hiller came through for us. We are grateful for their understanding. Hopefully all will be well with our new unit but if not they have us covered. Thank you. read more

We had an extremely large residential complete wire and complete plumbing job, it got very complicated, and there were some issues. I have to give a special credit to this company and its owner for stepping up to the plate, and going above and beyond to remedy the issues. Many companies these days just take the money and run and there's no customer service, this company stood behind their job, and their work, extremely impressive for this day and age. read more

just wondering when we are going to get some kind of compensations for all the trouble we've had to deal with. Still our heat could go out again. it's exhausting.Worst company we ever done business with. We need some plumbing work and will never ask for your business again. We have talked and talked already and just hear the same thing over and over. I would like some if my money back. Husband lost time at work again and the list just goes on read more

I had a water heater replaced in September 2024. Brand new water heater. By May 2025 the pilot light keeps goin out. Another tech comes and replaces a part on the brand new water heater. Under warranty so no charge. Pilot light continues to go out so ANOTHER TECH comes out, orders a new part. The service was scheduled and ANOTHERRR TECH comes out and does not know what service he's supposed to be performing and guess what...the part isn't even here yet! So since June 20, I have been back and forth with customer service and relighting my water heater at least 2 to 3 times a day so me and my son can have hot water from a supposedly brand new hot water heater that I had to pay for put of pocket! Were the techs nice? Sure! Was customer service nice? Sure. But I still have no hot water consistently and I absolutely would NOT recommend them as expensive as that water heater was and to have this many problems!!!! read more

I recently had my entire HVAC system replaced. Keith Smith spent a lot of time going over my options to ensure I got the best unit for my needs. A few days later, a team came out that included, Gavin Baker, Mike Nelson, Jose, Andre, Andy and a couple others whose names I can't remember. It was extremely hot, but they worked continuously to get my system installed and made sure I had air conditioning before they left. I have been a Hiller customer for 5 years and have always found them to be extremely customer oriented and friendly. I highly recommend Hiller for all your heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical needs. read more

Disgusting ethics. Highway robbers. Do not hire them! 2 weeks ago I requested a quote from Hiller. I was initially reluctant to spend 80$ just to quote, but I was also in a hurry so decided to proceed. The job entailed an installation of 16 recessed lights and one switch. Hiller's fee: 4500$! That's right, FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUnDRED DOLLARS!!! No doubt they never wanted the job in the first place but would happily take my quote fee and of course 4500$ if I was stupid enough to pay that absurd sum. Not 3 days later I found a licensed electrician who just completed the very same job, beautifully, for 700$. He also said he'd been an inspector and saw first hand the price gouging among contractors but added that Hiller was hands down the most stunning example of it. I don't normally write reviews but feel responsible to warn other potential victims of Hiller's extremely unethical quote/pricing system. Still disgusted. read more

$199 for a faucet change !!! $199 for a toilet valve change !!! $199 for unjamming kitchen disposer !!! $69 diagnostic fee!!! WOW. This job was at my residence which I had to decline and just pay $69. Not only did they lose my residential job but also lost a long time commercial customer. I used to get work done on my businesses about every other week from them. What a mistake....... Was going to give one star, but gave two because of the better experience I have had with their commercial side. read more
