Pros: -Great staff - very friendly and helpful! Best hotel service I've received in a long time. -beautiful facility - felt more like a 4star hotel than a 3! -large, clean rooms (and comfortable beds!) -modern decor -I'll say it again - the whole facility was incredibly clean! Cons: -I hate to even list a con, but my only one would be for the hotel to have opened the bar! It's so strange it wasn't open on a Saturday night! -I wish the Starbucks had more morning pastry options Hilton - please reward your amazing staff at this hotel, especially the service staff! It was so clean and everyone was friendly!

Roadtrip to The Ark Encounter one overnight. Lawrenceburg, Ohio for May 3, 2026…read more Our experience was horrible in regards to bed cleanliness, bathroom cleanliness and customer care/service. When we were getting ready for bed, we turned down the King size bed in room 624, the fitted sheet was stained with a medium sized skidmark (fecal matter) showing the linen had not been washed or maybe changed. Further examination showed the stain passed through the fitted sheet down through to the mattress cover. The mattress cover itself had additional stains that resembled bed wetting with severe yellow staining on the rt side edge, with splattered brown stains on the side of the mattress cover. We did not discover the condition of the bed linen until we turned the bed down at 11:30 pm. We immediately called the front desk to report the issue. It took 2 contacts with the front desk to get sheets which did not fit the king size bed because they were queen flat sheets and no fitted sheet. She alleged there were no King fitted sheets available. The long haired redheaded young lady who brought the flat sheets was not kind or helpful when she informed us she was 5 min past her shift and she was unable to do anything more for us. We told her to please find a fitted sheet for us. She returned with a fitted sheet but when we tried to make the bed, it was a Queen size sheet!! She reluctantly went to speak with someone who might help us obtain a fitted King sheet. The next young lady who brought a fitted King sheet was even more curt and unkind. She brought the correct size fitted King sheet but had a harsh rude tone and way of handing it over. I tried to show her the condition of the bed but refused to come in and see it stating she was not allowed to come into the room, even though the other young lady had come in when I wanted to show her the foul condition of the shower and bathroom floor; red mold throughout the lower tile and edge of the shower pan. The bathroom floor had not been vaccumed or swept before we occupied the room The two young ladies we dealt with, did not treat us with kindness nor in a professional manner... it was as if we were a bother. We took pictures of the soiled bedding and will email a letter to corporate when I find the address. I do want to give kudos to the check in clerk, Venus, who was friendly and professional. Manager Ashlyn seemed genuinely concerned about our horrid experience. Ashlyn was kind and professional. The welcome complimentary Chocolate Chip cookies were super delicious and a surprise to us at check in. I cannot recommend this hotel and I hope this experience is an anomaly. Because of the overnight employees' lack of interest to resolve the issue at the time it was discovered... I will not return... Oh... and the sheets appeared to be so old that the weave was shred in several areas. There was no microwave or refrigerator. We found out later we could have separately rented them had we asked for them. But they should have given us the option. We were advised that only suites were equipped with a microwave and refrigerator.

Jen the proprietor was delightful and joined us for breakfast on our first morning, prepared by her. It was quite a spread. Just let her know what you want the night before and you get it and a whole lot more. We caught a glimpse of Jen's husband but it seems like Jen is the "out front" person. We are going to ride horses later today. We are not familiar with horses and have each only been on a horse once in our lives but we like trying new stuff. Jen has assured us there will be no galloping or cantering and will provide a lesson before we saddle up. It is Early April 12pm around 45 degrees. We moved our ride to 12pm so it would be a bit warmer. My wife rode Domino I rode Hank. We had a lot of fun. We actually trotted for a bit. Jen was great. Our room is cozy but large on the second floor with a constellation on the ceiling. A private bath with double sink. Very nice. If you like cats like we do you will love the place. There are 7 4 inside and 3 outside we met them all. Very friendly. There is one dog also a friendly fellow. The house was immaculate. We took a hot tub on our last evening here and it was very nice. Tomorrow our final breakfast then back on the road A very enjoyable stay. Nancy & Mark.

The room was warm and inviting with a fireplace and treats for late night snacks. I enjoyed raising the blinds in the morning to let the sun in. Then, I grabbed a tea and sat on the front porch and took it all in. It was easy to nap in the recliner during the afternoon with the sun beaming down on me. Jen and her family are some of the most laid back, welcoming people I have met. The breakfasts were world class and delicious, made by Jen. I purchased her cookbook to ensure I had the opportunity to enjoy the dishes again! I highly recommend staying at First Farm Inn. I know I will definitely go back.

I had to beg to get a different room and explain that the lock fell off that morning and that I had shaved that day which is how I found out that the sink was clogged, which I had used only to brush my teeth sparingly before this time when I needed to let the water run while I shaved. Whatever has happened to customer service. Since the Pandemic the customer is NOT always right and the Pandemic is still being used as an excuse for poor customer service where we have to beg to be believed even when it is obvious that there is something wrong. I have zero faith that customers will ever come first again. It's all about the $$$ and they are all making more $$$$ than they want you to know. $15 to check in before 4pm, another ridiculous way for them to take your $$$$$. What happened to after 1pm or 2 pm or 3 pm, their next step i bet is to start charging by the hour. That's all Folks. P

I give the front desk a 5 star rating, efficient and friendly. And she asked if I wanted close to the elevator and I said NO. So I was way down the hallway and it was quiet. I needed quiet. I give housekeeping a 3. Whatever. Little dusty, towels hung haphazardly. You know the drill. But room was fine. Believe me ... I've stayed in worse. Love the coffee in the elevator (cause I'm not across from it hearing the walkie talkie while they sit it up.) I threw a sweater over my pj's and wore house shoes. Only one other person there at the time and he was in house shoes as well. We ignored each other. I would prefer a coffee pot in the room, but at least you don't have to go to the lobby to get it anymore. So kudos for that. Here's my rant. WTF is wrong with people? I woke up at 5 am to a toddler running up and down the hall with sounds of glee. All I can imagine is that Mom or Dad was trying to let the other get more sleep. At the expense of everyone else on the floor. And WHO brings children to a casino? Only a nursing mother. Otherwise it's just unacceptable. There's my rant. But not hotels fault. But free rooms. And free breakfast. Who could ask for more than that? This morning I'm back to dust and nail guns. I will be so happy when this is over.

Quite possibly the second worse hotel I have ever stayed in…read more The good - It is close to the highway. That is literally it. The bad - where do I start? Room - Our room was recently redone so I don't have a lot to say negative about it. The bed is decent. The carpet is new. The walls have recently been repainted. The furniture was cheap but functional.......BUT....... The toilet won't flush urine. The bathtub/shower won't drain. When we arrived, our room was 94 degrees and the air conditioner was not on. Really? What kind of hotel does not prep the room for a guest? The hallways are filthy. The walls are in bad need of fresh paint and signage. Our fridge was ok. Our son and the kids he was chaperoning who had the adjoining room had far worse a room than ours. It was clear that the room had been recently sanded and painted because they didn't clean the drywall dust off the door nobs, the phone or phone cord, or any of the other surfaces. Now the rub......for this price point, I routinely stay at Hampton Inn or other Marriott Properties. I also frequently stay at Drury or Clarion properties. I am absolutely astonished this room cost over $100 per night AND Wyndham allows its name to be used. Seriously, this room should not cost more than $69 per night. Baymont Inn, do better. Inspect your member properties. Stop allowing hotels like this to wear your name. And Wyndham? Shame on you. Update after 1 night - Awesome showerhead, truthfully. One of the best with great water pressure Hair Dryer completely non-functional. GFI switch push does nothing....no power whatsoever. Went downstairs to talk to the front desk and no one was there. Pushed the button - no one responded. Saw two girls out front having a smoke on the bench. I thought, "I bet one of them is the front desk clerk." Sure enough both worked at the hotel, neither were prepared to have guest inquiries in the morning. 6 a.m.. The girl was polite and offered a solution to the problem.....the hair dryers are in the maintenance closet and the maintenance guy will not be here until 9. First - I am shocked you have a maintenance guy and Second - That does not work for us. We have someplace to be and we are not waiting for a hair dryer. Are all the rooms booked? Girl 2 says to 1 - "We could switch their room." My response - "We are not switching rooms. You can take the hairdryer off the wall." Listen, they were polite...it was not a confrontational conversation - they kept me from blowing my top because they were polite, but come on. Does housekeeping not check the fridge, hair dryer, iron, lights as part of their cleaning process?

No it did not. PROS to stay here: it is very close to the Creation Museum. Easy on and off freeway. The Maverick Restaurant is close by and great to eat at. Near by to Lawrenceburg Casino (just fun). Room was nice - but starting to mold in bathroom. GREAT Coffee. CONS- Pool area had so much slime or oil on top there was no way I would get in it. Elevators are SLOW. Not enough staff. TV Remote did not work so they sent up a young kid who stunk to high heaven and looked like it too. TERRIBLE breakfast. Mainly just the eggs. I think they forgot to rinse the container out because it had an after taste like soap. The main con is that there are alot of people just hanging around the front door outside. Workers? People staying at the hotel, but it is a very uncomfortable feeling. You can be sure we will not be back.
