Very good price for the Cincinnati/Covington/Florence area. It seems to be set up more for long term stays and with the office hours and actual office rather than counter, it felt more like a short term apartment, along the vein of Extended Stay America. It seemed to be the same class of hotel. They do offer breakfast, largely grab and go items, but still very good for the price. The layout of the place is super unique, but I think this adds to the character. The place isn't super close to any sights, but it is convenient to one of the interstates. At this price point, it's worth the extra drive.

Toilet paper if you can find it.

As soon as we stepped in it smelled like nastiest rotten egg smell ever. Walking down either hallways had its own smell too, from curry to a stench of the bathroom. Arriving in our room, it smelled like Ashley was up all day cooking dump for breakfast lunch and dinner. Another room that we had booked for our friends smelled better but also had its smells. Going to the bathroom was alright, other than the fact that I could not find the toilet paper for the life of me! On the wall? Nope. Behind the 4 towels on the wall? Also no. Under the sink? Yep. Hidden under the sink. Who is ever going to find that Ashley?? Maybe the pool will make up for it...NOPE. The pool looks 5 times smaller in real life than it does in the pictures. Finally as night rolls around, I go to get in my pullout bed and almost break my back on a metal bar in the dead center of the bed. I think sleeping on stairs would be more flat than that bed. As I lay down for the 2nd time, my bed feels a lil too cold, oh never mind it's just a lil damp and soggy. Couldn't even sleep cause of a cookout happening right outside my room at 11 pm when I NEED to wake up at 4:00 AM! Oh but let's not forget the 4 bugs we found within 10 seconds... right next to my bed with his buddy, Adam and Bill. So maybe if you want to have a not so nice memory come here, but you probably won't even remember due to you getting no sleep that night. Do not sleep in room 122.

This was a lovely hotel. The price was the excellent and amenities to match. It was clean, nice location, and friendly staff. While leaving Charlie sent us off with kind wishes and snacks. She was so friendly and a great representation for their company. Definitely would recommend trying this hotel.

Me and My cousins were attending the Cincinnati Music Fest. So, one of my cousins found this hotel while looking online. The pics online were very nice and had a 4 Star Rating. That was right up our alley to stay someplace with a nice review. 2 Queen beds and a let out couch with a nice spacious kitchen, outside pool area and work out room. Hotel was super quiet. Upon arrival our room was nice and clean. Now here is where it went left and my feelings change about this hotel. First night after we came back from dinner I noticed a black bug crawling on the room. No Biggie it was just a harmless little bug. The next morning we had requested for room service to bring us more towels. We went out to breakfast and did some shopping came back the room was never tidy and our towels were never delivered. Now that's a problem when you have 5 ladies in one room. We had to literally walk over to the front service desk to get our towels. Second night after we came back from the concert it was late and we were exhausted. Everyone was waiting to take their showers and call it a night. One of my cousins pulled back the covers to get into bed and there was a another bug just crawling in the bed. Yucky. I'm not a Big Fan of anything crawling especially in my bed. That just took the cake for me. Before we checked out the next morning we were all checking our bags for bugs. Thank Goodness we did in one of ours bags there was again another black bug crawling around. I'm getting chills just writing this review. Not a bad hotel just need to make sure that it is bug free and that it's fully inspected before allowing guest to stay in a bug infested room. I told my cousin who booked the room to make sure she calls and complain about this issue. Just Nasty

What a wonderful place to have a rest and recover while on the road! The hotel was a quick convenient drive to the venue we played at in Newport KY that night. It was also in a great spot close to a lot of stores, and restaurants to grab a bite to eat or pick up any needed essentials. The hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly to our group and helped us with anything we needed during our stay. The rooms are the size of a small apartment with a living room, full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. If you were staying a long time it would be very convenient to be able to cook your own meals here. They do offer a free breakfast that will give you a good start to the day. There's a fitness room that you can get a good workout in too. Really the hotel has everything you need for a short or a long stay! Highly recommended! #SponsoredPromo #AshleyQuarters #Florence #Kentucky #Musician #TravelIgnite #IgniteHospitalityServices

    Nice hotel

I'm in town on business and needed somewhere to stay short term that was homely. Ashley Quarter Hotel offer full kitchen, little living room, comfortable beds and the rooms are clean. The Hotel has swimming pool, fitness room and and outdoor deck with full size grill to cook on. The staff is very friendly and available 24-7 The hotel is close to highway and stores. I'm very please with this hotel and recommended this place rather you in town for personal or business. Long term or short. Check this place out.

Super friendly staff and a great location. Full kitchen and remodeled bathrooms complete with rain showerheads. I got a hand written welcome note and had the late night check in procedure explained well over the phone. This hotel has a great location near the airport, and close to a lot of food options. Perfect for the traveler on the go.

We ended up only staying one night because it was too expensive to stay two nights, which was inconvenient for us during our traveling to have to find another hotel to go to. The heat in the room wouldn't work and it was only 66° the entire time. The pool is nice but it is NOT heated, we were freezing. Good luck finding someone who is actually at the front desk when you need something because no one is ever out there. My husband spent 28 years in the military and eats some sketchy things. But we both left full plates of dry potatoes, eggs, and sausage that were just not edible. My teenage son even turned down food and he can put down some breakfast! Bland is one thing, and hotel eggs are always iffy, but the food was so dry that the sausage might have been beef jerky and the potatoes (2 types) weren't edible either. Both were dry-think emergency food that they forgot to reconstitute. The bottom floor has multiple leaks and the ceiling has holes. I counted no less than 6 buckets collecting water in the hall and conference room areas. The staff was nice but this hotel is just falling apart around them and they cant even drown their sorrows in good coffee.

Its location is convenient to the Cincinnati airport (which is actually in Northern Kentucky), the Florence, KY mall area, I-75/I-71, numerous restaurants and other businesses. The lobby area, which is bathed in bright natural light, offers complimentary water, coffee and tea. Also, on that same level is the fitness room and pool. I was a little disappointed that there was no bar/restaurant, then I realized that this caliber of hotel usually only has a store (market) and not a restaurant. So, my disappointment subsided and I focused on what the hotel did offer. The room was really nice and was laid out very well. It had a kitchenette that contained a microwave, a small refrigerator and of course, a coffee maker that could also be used to make tea. The desk area was nicely partitioned from the sleep area by a floor-to-ceiling hutch. In this way, someone could work at the desk with the light on and not disturb anyone sleeping in the bed. The toilet and shower were separated and in different rooms. The compact room with the toilet had a very small sink, large corner mirror and space for a towel rack. The larger room with the sizeable (two-person) shower had dual sinks, a huge, back-lit mirror, outlets galore and floor space grand enough for one person to comfortably do yoga. The lights in the main room and washrooms were dimmable, which was a really nice feature. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional. It contained all the staples both hot and cold. I had a very enjoyable stay and would choose this hotel again.

It is rare that Hilton's provide free breakfast at their hotels. The issues I had with this tier of Hilton is that they do not have coffee and microwaves in their rooms and they make this very clear. Not having a coffee machine in the room, to me, is like not leaving out a water dish for a cat. I need it to make something hot or else I am down to just drinking cold bottled water. The television choices are limited. Of course, one has access to Disney +, Youtube, and Netflix; however, just not the same compared to other hotels like Holiday Inn, London, where they have best tier cable with more variety. The actual live t.v. options have a lot of channels missing. 5/5/2026 The shower is kind of treacherous in a way. At first, when I turned it on, which is a very simple (just turn the knob handle counterclockwise), I did not feel any warm to hot water. I was kind of concerned until I waited for a few more minutes. But what I did find was an issue was turning it off. Since it is a shower and you have to turn it clockwise, it does not allow for one to escape before the spray of water starts turning cold, before turning off. So I had to already have the door semi open (not a sliding, just a push out shower stall door), and I was out of the shower before I turned the shower completely off. The iron in my room did not turn on, or at least not until I had taken it to the front desk to switch it out for a new one. Breakfast has some variety, but not as much as a Holiday Inn Express. No breakfast potatoes, no biscuits, and no gravy. The only hot foods were sausage patties and folded cheese omelets. This hotel does have make your own waffles, cereals, and baked goods (muffins, bread, bagels, etc.). The one other items I did not see is any fruit cups and yogurt.
