Called the office at 1:00 PM and they said come in at 3:50 PM that same day! Took care of me and we had a wonderful conversation. Dr. Ruesch and his wife work together, and they make patients feel welcome and cared for as unique individuals. I am extremely grateful for their expert and kind assistance to an "out-of-town" guy. They have their scheduling worked out perfectly so that you barely have a chance to see the artwork in the waiting room before they bring you straight back to get started, and then you have their full attention with no additional wait time. Autumn is usually my hygienist. She is amazing! She is gentle yet thorough. She navigates my ultra-tight teeth including my wisdom teeth and sensitive areas with skill, always ensuring my comfort and safety with their great technology and tools. She is very polite and personable. It is my semi-annual break from work to relax in that chair and have my teeth cleaned sparkling white in her care. She never acts rushed and even polished them twice to help remove stains. Dr. Ruesch has excellent bedside manner, making me feel welcome and treating me with esteem. He is the first dentist out of several in Idaho and Colorado to provide an explanation for my enamel loss that actually makes sense. His proposed treatments are very sensible and genuine without making me feel pressured. The staff never makes me feel chastised for staying true to my zero-waste goals in brushing with baking soda/coconut oil and declining their goodie-bags. The staff handles my insurance billing and scheduling including helpful appointment reminders with professionalism and competence. There was only once that a bill had an error and they immediately submitted the correction and provided great customer service. They have also been wonderful with our children and provided positive experiences during their dental work. Full stars and thumbs up for this dental office!

All my previous dental procedures were not done correctly and someday will need to be fixed. I wish I would have came here a long time ago. I love the fact he won't settle for just ok. THEN everything cancelled for no good reason. This office cancelled all appointments already scheduled over next three months since not a "good fit". Six days before a serious dental procedure was scheduled too. Putting off the procedure puts additional health at risk. Outrageous and highly unprofessional move for them to pull at the last minute. Would suggest finding another office.
