We've purchased 3 vehicles from here, and while there is a certain…read moreamount of competitive spirit among the sales staff, they were all quite professional, particularly their sales manager and business manager. Their inventory selection is somewhat limited to mostly trucks, SUVs, jeeps and a few smaller vehicles. As with any other dealership, you still have to do your homework in choosing a vehicle. But once you get passed that milestone, John the Business Manager is your best friend. He's been very helpful and works hard to get you the best financing. And most of all, he's up front with you. I really appreciate that. Unfortunately, since our last visit, John has moved on. And lastly, not to be overlooked, their service department does a decent enough job, but what really sets them apart is the always friendly and attentive service that you get at the service desk. Regardless of who's behind there, you can expect consistent exemplary customer service. Even on longer jobs, you don't ever get forgotten in the waiting room. They give you periodic updates on what's going on with your vehicle, and pretty much every worker that comes through the waiting room, regardless of who they are, greets you with a genuine personable greeting. If only many other businesses, particularly a few local area restaurant owners and wait staff could take lessons from these folks on how to treat their customers. And you can bet your bottom dollar that this place will be our first stop, and likely our last, the next time we're in the market for a new vehicle.
