I was…read moreasked if it would be okay if she waited until Monday to send me the invoice as they could not ship out until then. I said that would be okay and confirmed the estimated shipping which I though was low though she responded it would be "around about" that price. Monday came and no response I tried to contact through Offerup with no response I reached out via their website and was provided an email address to reach out to. I reached out via the email address with no response. Today I tried to contact them again via offer up and on their website. I received no response via the website and via offer up I received a "The item has been sold to someone else message" I inquired again if it was removed because I am purchasing them or... The response I received was "Honestly the shipping would have cost you more than the wheels and tires" 3 days of my time wasted plus I was going to have them send to a house in GA where she confirmed the shipping cost they quoted on Offerup was "around about" the right price. I understand they cant lose money though this is pour customer service all around. If this was discussed over the weekend I might have been able to plan a day in Atlanta them stop by and pickup the wheels/tires. There are plenty of other cart shops around so I will be avoiding and asking my Friends/Family in GA to avoid this shop as well. Its a shame because it looks like a nice shop.
