I said that would be okay and confirmed the estimated shipping which I though was low though she responded it would be "around about" that price. Monday came and no response I tried to contact through Offerup with no response I reached out via their website and was provided an email address to reach out to. I reached out via the email address with no response. Today I tried to contact them again via offer up and on their website. I received no response via the website and via offer up I received a "The item has been sold to someone else message" I inquired again if it was removed because I am purchasing them or... The response I received was "Honestly the shipping would have cost you more than the wheels and tires" 3 days of my time wasted plus I was going to have them send to a house in GA where she confirmed the shipping cost they quoted on Offerup was "around about" the right price. I understand they cant lose money though this is pour customer service all around. If this was discussed over the weekend I might have been able to plan a day in Atlanta them stop by and pickup the wheels/tires. There are plenty of other cart shops around so I will be avoiding and asking my Friends/Family in GA to avoid this shop as well. Its a shame because it looks like a nice shop.

rented a cart through the Margaritaville RV/ Camping people and this thing was filthy…read more not sure who actually maintains these but the cart I was given needed some work. covered in spider webs, rode rough, and had trash in it. Margaritaville people were not helpful. feel like I wasted the $200+ it cost to rent this for only two days. Edit: apologies for not contacting Caddyshack directly. I brought up concerns with on site staff and was basically told "oh well." Just felt like this process should and could be a little better. I was handed the keys and told "it's out there somewhere." Typically when I rent any sort of vehicle, there is a pre check that would address these things. But... that being said, perhaps this simple falls on the Margaritaville staff and should not reflect poorly on you. So for that, I will up the rating.
