I was in 10 minutes out 10 minutes. They gave me an antibiotic because I have a red area near the belly button, which is most likely and some type of infection, but went to Northern Nevada after that I felt that St. Mary's was negligent and did not even take any bloodwork MRIs CT's to see if there was anything further they felt that there was no need so continue to feel worse later on in the day, the same dizzy nauseous out of my body and mind kind of thing. I'm sure it could be from the infection if there is an infection in the belly button so it takes time for the antibiotics to kick in understandable but then when I got the results back from my CT from Northern Nevada, it does state that I have a small abdominal tear in the belly button area so I am furthering what to do with this situation but I was very pleased with Northern Nevada, and the staff that night the girls at the desk were very kind. The doctor was kind listen very carefully and immediately ordered a CT which I was very happy with after I explained what happened with St. Mary's during the early morning that day went home feeling a little better knowing that I wasn't going to die anytime soon, but the problem is still there, and I am looking to follow up with a gynecologist and a gastrologist for the pain in my stomach and lower right growing area overall they took care of business and were able to leave me in the direction. I should go so that's why they get a four star and Amy, my nurse was awesome. Very kind. Thorough went over every explanation of the CT she went up and beyond she gets a gold star. Andrena Mansur

I found another patients paperwork in my online charts, and when I couldnt afford to see referrals due to crap insurance he basically said I could do the referral of find another provider. I wish I had seen how many terrible reviews this practice had before I learned first hand how awful Dr Watson is.

The bill read: "Need to set up a payment plan? Call customer service at..." Hoping to do just that, I called the 800 number shown on the bill. I was on hold for 35 frustrating minutes until I got connected with a representative who's command of English is "not exemplary", requiring me to ask her several times to repeat things she said so I could understand her. Despite the bill stating that payment in full was due "yesterday" (Sunday 2/22/26), I was told my bill was not "finalized" yet and that she could not set up a payment plan until it was. I asked when that would happen and she suggested I "call back in a week or two" (meaning: she didn't know). Extremely frustrating!!

I came in here the other day and I think I found a new favorite. The ladies up front were…read morerefreshingly nice. When there are only two other options in town and you're used to being treated like you're a nuisance; this urgent care is a breath of fresh air. I went online in search of an appointment. Making an appointment and having all the services they provide and estimates if you're cash paying was a nice tool. Thank goodness, I have amazing benefits. Just like that I selected my time and checked in ten minutes early; easy peasy! They also have all paperwork and the insurances they accept sent to you via text. If you do this ahead of time, check in is so much quicker. Having a care provider prioritize your time is huge for me. I had a million other things to do. The care provider was thorough in her care and addressed all of my concerns. I appreciated the ladies that took care of me from check in to check out. My prescription was sent in and I picked it up an hour later. I look forward to them getting their DOT set up. I'll schedule to come here for that as well. Thanks for getting me back on track to get healthy again.

I chose not to be seen due to only a Nurse Practitioner is onsite, if I'm going to pay for a high end deductible I want to see a real doctor, MD. I have already made the mistake of having a Physician Assistant treat me to be given the wrong dose of medication. Be careful with your health.
