Staff were very knowledgeable, and wonderfully courteous. Location is quaint and welcoming, though out-of-the-way unless you're vacationing or live in the area. But for us ... well worth the hours trek through the mountains on a hot summer's day.

It is unique to get into art center through the cover bridge. They have a lot small building for art classes. When we were there, there is a clay class is going on. The spinning of the clay try to take shape of the items they made. The main building host photographer class and exposition of the lunch cal artist. Not to many art pieces were display. The outside of the building does has larger pieces art sculpture on display. Some is interesting. The total visit is less than one hour. Since we did not take any art classes, cannot tell you much about the full center can offer. I think is worth a visit since you are there. But not for the set destination visit.

The two guys working were awesome. Very nice, very helpful. Honestly this is the best time to go. Price wise and crowd wise. There were maybe 25 ppl there. The refreshments were great. The restrooms were very clean. The movie picture and sound was spectacular. For being a town of 4,100 people, Franklin really has a cool little gem of a theater. Will return and highly recommend.
