They said they would have my car done in a week. I did not hear from them that Friday. I call them the following Tuesday because Monday was Labor Day. I ask if my car is ready for pick up. They tell me no, but they're hoping to have it done by the end of the week. I inform them if it's not done then I will not be able to pick it up until not the next Monday, but the following (September 21st) , as I had a trip to go on. They said the car should be be done that Tuesday or Wednesday of the week of my trip. I call them Thursday of that week to see if my car is done. They tell me it is not, but they hope to have it done by 3 p.m. on Friday. I call them at 4 p.m. on Friday. They couldn't give me an answer, so they said they'd call me back because Carl was out of town and hadn't answered the message she had sent him. They call me back at 4:30 p.m. and tell me I can come get it. I wouldn't have time to get there before they closed. They told me I had to have a cash or check, when previously they had told my husband we could pay with card (but they lose $50 on every transaction). When I asked if they could take card she informed me that they could not because Carl was not there so they have no way to do so. I think it's because they would lose money. When I asked them why it took so long they said it was "waiting on parts", but the Tuesday after Labor day they told me it was all taken apart and just needed to be put back together. They also failed to reach out to us with any updates. I always had to be the one to call them aside from the very last time we were in contact. So in short they had my car 3 times the amount of time quoted, and refused legal tender. If you need a good repair shop I wouldn't recommend them if it was the only place to go. Their word means nothing. Also upon receiving my car, it smelled like paint, and there was evident dirt on the bumper like it had been sitting for a while even though it was allegedly not done being repaired. There is mysterious white fibers all over the inside of the hatch that were not cleaned up.

Came in for window tinting at their old location, after I had to remove some existing. They were…read moreone of the few ones that got an early appt. Waiting room was nice and people were as well, didn't have any complaints. Up until the "finished" product and there after... When I requested to see how dark the tint would be.. they told me to look at this little cube that had a light in it .. poor example. Once on the car.. they had this spray and liquid ALL. OVER. THE CAR. DOOR. Never have I seen poor quality in person I was aghast. Never have newbies practice on customer cars, go practice on personal cars. This spray was going down the door and looked terrible.. only for them to say if I approved of it lol - that it looked like you know what. Well they didn't clean that up. Then I took it home. -I- cleaned it up. The rear passenger window had a beautiful knick in it. From where someone let the seatbelt whip against it. For sure it wasn't me, I've got no kids, no pets and no one rides in the back. They tried to completely pin it on me. Saying it wasn't there upon them turning it in. Finally convinced them to fix it along with the little cargo window. Which also looked like you know what. (Free of charge cause there wasn't no way I was going to pay) At the end of the day, the one rear passenger window, they STILL left a seatbelt knick in it, probably out of spite, but it wasn't terrible and ghastly. The windows one cannot see directly have bubbles and they still do - despite them saying "they will dry out" - a month later in summer 90 degree heat. Check your final product! And the progress, if you will -absolutely- do any business here. They're very xclusive in washing their hands of fault. Just move on and find another one. Even if it involves driving a fish bowl for another week.
