She is condescending, and very disrespectful. Even after you leave will still email you and if you ask to be removed she will email back with nasty comments and try to be petty. Don't think for a minute you will get your deposit of any kind back. Something will be decided with her "expert knowledge" and they will keep it and bill you for anything else they decide to even if its normal wear and tear on cheap materials. Also your rent will be raised under the guise of "cost of living" and saying i should be paying much more but then they show me the entire list of tenants with the same apartments as mine and im paying 300-400 more than they are. Very unprofessional to even show that but pretty ignorant to show how much you are over charging. The maintenance guys there are solid and the only reason I gave it 2 stars. Those guys were great and very helpful my entire stay at this place. Overall, unless you want to over pay for cheap apartments and get belittled by a manager that clearly is not held accountable (look at the Google reviews at how many people have called her out by name) then by all means go ahead. I strongly advise DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY due to the following severe issues: 1. Active Pest Infestation * Termites, flying ants, and various bugs were present throughout the unit. * Insects were visibly coming from the walls and spreading across the living space. * The infestation was continuous and created an environment that was completely uninhabitable. 2. Serious Health and Safety Risk While caring for a toddler, I observed flying insects around the child's mouth and face. Shortly after, the child became extremely uncomfortable and had to be rushed to the Children's Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama, due to a seizure. This incident occurred during the height of the infestation and created a serious medical emergency. 3. Negligent Management and Maintenance * Office staff demonstrated poor professionalism and failed to address repeated concerns. * Maintenance personnel were unresponsive and ineffective. * At no point did the management take appropriate action to protect residents' health or safety. 4. Unacceptable Living Standards I have never lived in a residence so overwhelmed with pests that it felt like the corporate headquarters for ants and termites. The conditions were worse than visiting a zoo; at least there, one knows what to expect. No resident should ever be subjected to such conditions inside their home. This situation posed a direct threat to human health, particularly to a small child. No family, tenant, or visitor should be exposed to such hazardous conditions. Plus if you are into social activities they have that also. The gym was great, open 24 hrs a day ! I was on the bottom floor and heard the kids upstairs quite a bit. They still have not updated my lease to show my on time rent payments on MY credit score and not the former head of household and the don't care about the children(appearing 12 years old or younger) that go behind the buildings and fight each other or the loud neighbors below or around you. This all happened as soon as the staff changed. On top of rent increasing from $694 to $714. I wouldn't suggest renting a unit from this company.

They constantly work to make this already great place better!! Definitely recommend living here! Safe, family friendly, and great management staff! Great value for the money! We need a dog park here, but it is in the works. I live in a 1-bedroom unit and the bedroom and bath are very spacious! Living room area is a little small but meets my needs. They offer small and large storage units on site, too! Really a nice place to live!!
