It's a warehouse studio with high ceilings and plenty of space for all the classes they offer (karate, kenpo, jiu jitsu, kick boxing, yoga, Zumba, self defense, all-female self defense classes, eskrima (Arnis), etc.). There are classes for everyone of all ages & all levels. I was a bit intimidated to come here because it's been a while since I've been active, but everyone here is very friendly and welcoming.
