Well when I went to cash in on it they told me it never existed. And then they told me I already used it. They started making up all kinds of excuses as to how it worked which I was never made aware of. So they basically said I was put of luck. Now you'd think that because they gave me a bad deal they'd try to make up for it by compensating me for this inconvenience but nope....it was just "Oh we are really sorry!" I'm done shopping there. I heard her tell another customer that we could order online and service might be faster. She was right. I put my order in and 10 minutes later I was driving off with my supplies. My budtender was so sweet. He came to the car, we don't have this luxury in IL for Rec only for medical. He came to the car, I asked what he needed as it was my 1st time.
