I figured since I was up I the UP, I would try some place new! I only ha e wonderful things to say. For starters, everyone is so friendly. I walked in and was greeted by the nicest lady. She was very honest and let me know that the wait could be 45-60 minutes. I had a little time to kill so I didn't mind the wait. I heard her tell another customer that we could order online and service might be faster. She was right. I put my order in and 10 minutes later I was driving off with my supplies. My budtender was so sweet. He came to the car, we don't have this luxury in IL for Rec only for medical. He came to the car, I asked what he needed as it was my 1st time. Staff is extremely pleasant and very helpful. This was my first time going to a dispensary so I was a little intimidated (for lack of a better term) because I didn't know how the process worked, but everyone was very patient with me. Made the whole experience very comfortable, and I feel like next time I go I'll be more prepared than I was this time. Prices were great, and Orion was extremely knowledgeable when I had questions about something, and was very thorough when walking me through differences between different products. Trust me, I had a lot of questions, because they have a massive selection. Ended up walking away very satisfied with my purchases. I will definitely be going back. Check them out for sure. read more

We made our first ever visit to a dispensary last Sunday. We had no idea what to expect, but from some of the other reviews of similar stores in Ironwood, my expectations were not high (no pun intended). I don't know about the experiences of others, but our experience was awesome. This store was recommended by a friend and I'm glad we followed his advice. From the moment we walked in we were treated with courtesy and enthusiasm. We had to wait a bit to see a bud tender (I love that expression), but it wasn't that long until we went through the door and into the retail space. I wish I could remember the name of the young lady who waited on us but she was terrific. We told her what we were looking for in terms of effect (my wife has used gummies before to help her sleep if she's having a problem) and our helper talked us through the choices and gave us plenty of good information upon which to make a selection. She was knowlegeable, friendly, and obviously liked her job. We made our purchase and were on our way in no time. What we bought was a product available at the other stores in town but for less money. And it seems to have done the trick for my wife. VERY happy customers who will go back when the need arises. Next time I think we'll order ahead and use their curbside pickup service just to see what it's like. read more

I liked some of the other dispensaries more but this one is still a great option. There are two stores plus a food truck thing that I'll definitely try next time. The one building is solely for in store shoppers. The other one is for all curbside/online orders. Great idea but I'm gonna assume this is going to be a sheidt show when real busy since the lot is smaller. I liked that they had some unique products that the others didn't have and the prices were good. Outside staff was very friendly. Inside was more meh. Overall, very good experience read more

Yet another terrible customer service experience here. Soooo glad more store are opening soon cause the ATTITUDE here needs a serious check. Tanya there's no reason to be rude because a customer couldn't hear you over the shitty music that's blasting. Can't believe they built a whole new store and didn't add a drive thru or better pick up situation. They also got rid of all the weekly online sales.
