Suzanne wouldn't accept the Groupon saying that I signed last year and complained that she can't make any money with Groupon. She told me to call Groupon to get my money back or give the Groupon as a gift. Groupon wouldn't give me my money back because they have a 3 day return fee. Suzanne called Groupon and they said they would reimburse me. They didn't. I'm stuck with the Groupon that Suzanne won't honor. Yes, I signed a one use Groupon form. The only reason why I am only giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because the first time I arrived at the spa the staff was going to do a completely different treatment than the one I requested, because they confused me with another patient even though I was the only person in the spa. I also wish there was more follow up from the staff, such as calling to confirm appointments.
